Struttura accogliente , staff gentile e cordiale . Buona la colazione a buffet . La posizione ottima per girare Chania a piedi ma..

Cons:

Se siete con la macchina trovare parcheggio è un’impresa ! Sono stato 2 h la prima sera a girare in continuazione . Le info dell’hotel dicevano che c’era un parcheggio nelle vicinanze ma era sempre occupato. L’unico libero era uno sotterraneo a 8 min a piedi dall’hotel . Quindi consiglio di segnalarlo già nelle informazioni .
Tuttavia l’hotel consente una sosta brevissima a lato per lasciare i bagagli

Der var heavyrock 2 dage, på 4 mands værelset var den ene seng så hård at man lige så godt kunne sove på gulvet , vi fandt anden løsning selv på det

Un soggiorno incantevole nel mediterraneo 🌊
Pros:

Questo hotel ha sicuramente contribuito a rendere la mia esperienza a Chania indimenticabile. È situato in una zona centrale ma comunque tranquilla e silenziosa. A pochi metri si trova il lungo mare, pieno di ristoranti e locali. L’hotel è ristrutturato, pulito, dotato di tantissimi comfort, come piscina e servizio bar. La colazione è varia e molto buona. Il personale è sempre stato disponibile nel risolvere piccole eventuali problematiche (non dipese da loro). La stanza è ben organizzata e viene pulita e ordinata ogni giorno.

Cons:

Vi invito a prestare maggiore attenzione nella pulizia di piccoli dettagli. La piscina è dotata di pochi lettini rispetto al numero effettivo di ospiti.

Ps. Qui non c’entra l’hotel, ma invito gli ospiti ad avere più rispetto degli altri, purtroppo abbiamo sentito gemiti e rumori nella notte.

L’hôtel est très bien

Disappointing - lack of air con and not friendly staff
Pros:

Good location, nice pool area.

Cons:

No air con, fan didn’t produce any air. Staff were very grumpy and weren’t welcoming.
