Localização excelente e tamanho do quarto e conforto em geral.

Cons:

Para um hotel de 4 estrelas, o pequeno almoço era muito, muito fraco. Pouca variedade e alguns produtos mal confecionados.

Cons:

My stay at this hotel was deeply unpleasant due to the attitude of certain staff members. From the moment I arrived, the treatment was rude and dismissive. Some employees at the reception behaved with clear arrogance toward both Moroccan and foreign guests, showing no sense of hospitality or professionalism.

What made things worse was the unwelcoming atmosphere in the restaurant. The chef spoke harshly to guests, even yelling at one point, which made the entire dining experience uncomfortable.

This hotel seriously needs to improve its staff training and respect for customers. I would not recommend it until they learn the meaning of basic courtesy and customer service
