Overall pleasant
Pros:

The room was clean , bed comfortable with adequate supplies. Service at the reception friendly and quick and the hotel is conveniently located 7 mins from the airport.

Cons:

There are approximately 7 steps you have to climb when you arrive at the hotel. I found it difficult to get to the lobby. Creating a ramp would make it easier and could also make the hotel wheelchair friendly. Secondly, I was told at the reception there was ‘a la carts’ menu also available in the evening. It turned out these were mainly snacks and so a more complete menu would add value.

Its a joke to say they have a gym, when there is only available 1 card for all the guests.

Till now I haven’t had complaints about my hotels, but this was awful experience for me.

Cons:

It’s not clean, there were man’s hair inside the bathtub, I couldn’t and no shower gel. No bathtub, no slippers and the bath towel are so small. There were dust everywhere. This property using its location as advanced , not providing enough quality. I’m pretty much disappointed.
