Pros:

The jetted tub in our room was nice.

Cons:

The room was dirty, there were crumbs/dirt and things on the dresser and in the drawer, also the bedding wasn't clean at all, looked like a blood stain on the comforter.

Breakfast was good and so was location.

Cons:

Our toilet did not flush for 2 days and we were completely dismissed. Called front desk immediately and she said she’d send someone up, she did not. Went to front desk that night when we returned and she had NO idea what I was talking about and maintenance had already left. She finally said she’d plunge it. Worked for an hour or so and right back to clogged. $300+ for a room to not even be able to use the bathroom!

the facility is outdated, the curtains are dusty and needs to be replaced...they dont provide toiletries unless u ask them to give you some, poor wifi signal

Would not recommend to anyone that has expectations and standards for hotels in general

Cons:

Everything didn’t receive housekeeping or room, service towels, and rags have bugs in them and or fleece bedsheet has stains on them and floor was nasty. Shower was not clean. Staff and housekeeping was very disrespectful when we asked for room service, clean towels and ask to be transferred to another room. Very unacceptable.

It was ok for 1 night as we were just driving thru. I wouldnt stay more then that on a vacation.
Pros:

Has an elevator. Breakfast was decent w good amount of options. Staff friendly.

Cons:

Toilet was dirty! Furniture in room in rough shape. Curtain area dirty. Elevator messy.

I would not stay at this Comfort Suite
Pros:

room 303 was clean and the staffing was wonderful and always helpful.

Cons:

The facility seemed to have a lot of party traffic late hours and into the early hours. I do not believe the guests were staying, just visiting in and out. The biggest issue I had was parking. Arriving after a concert, we had no chance to park but was directed to a field of grass which was not kept safe. The result cost me two new tires and a missed Grand Ole Opry concert.
Total tow and repairs was the result of no safe parking to support guests.

Pros:

This was our first time here , it was an amazing stay . Easy access to everything not far from the malls or downtown. Loved it we will be back ! Also a lot of amazing food around .

They need to check to make sure nothing was broken before they rent room out. The bathroom in lobby didn't have soap or paper towels in them.

For a short, low- expectation stay

Bed was mid to comfortable

The smell of mildew and mold, found ants near air conditioner unit. Breakfast choices was standard, only meat was sausage. No bacon
