Location was great. Shuttle service to and from airport convenient.
Elevator broke down on our first day. My room was on the 4th floor. There were no service repair to fix elevator for the entire weekend. Wasn’t offered any type of reimbursement for the inconvenience.
Nice and convenient
Staff are unprofessional and rude
Close to where we needed to go
Rooms were sold out when we got there- they over booked the hotel. Had to switch to a 1 bed room. Elevator was broken. Breakfast was cold. Our room had 1/2 roll of TP and when I called to ask for some more- they told me to come and get it. They allow people to stand and smoke at the front door.
The room was clean they cleaned rooms every morning and gave fresh towels and done the trash they stayed out of our business and we in turn made sure the room was kept clean
I didn't really like having to drive 20 minutes to downtown everyday The parking was terrible
Liked where it was and area was quiet easy to find
They would hold money on my card then charge my card then do it all over again they were not friendly at all watched us like Hawks when we ate at the free breakfast we stayed 4 nights and sheets were never changed the whole stay towels were replaced once and I think they vacuum once the fridge was turned off which ruined my insulin and the one thing that was the worst thing is a baggie of drugs was found between the bed where my grandchild was playing although they conpt 50 dollars I dont believe that was enough will never stay there nor recommend anyone to either
We liked the location because it was within 15 minutes of every where we wanted to go. It is close to the airport, but we didn't hear the planes so that was nice.
I was very disappointed in the quality of this hotel, it is not what I have come to expect from a choice hotel. We walked in and the Steve Wilkos show was on in the lobby, they were talking about very inappropriate things. My husband had to distract our 7 year old so he didn't hear it. The furniture in our room was dirty and falling apart. There was paint on every piece of furniture from their quick "remodel" that consisted of slapping paint on the walls without any real repairs. The tub drained so slowly that there was water still in the tub 7 hours after I had taken a shower. Our blankets were dingy and had holes in them. Our remote control for the TV was falling apart and missing buttons. There was a gap in our door along the side so large you could see into the hallway, and the night safety lock was so loose it would not have stopped anyone from busting through the door. The breakfast was decent and most of the staff was friendly. That is about all I can say that was good about our stay.
The pictures did not look like the room
That we got , for our day leaving mixed you cause our conformation email had April 2. The pool wasn’t opened
The breakfast , the location wasn’t far from attractions
This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a hotel. The AC unit sounds like a plane is landing in the parking lot. Our room had a blood stain right by the front door. The floor was completely uneven to the point the drawers didn't stay closed. The shower head didn't adjust; it was either HOT or off. The breakfast had no flow, rhyme or reason or common sense. The waffle maker was empty every AM, it took at minimum 20 minutes for it to be refilled, by that time we were either done eating or there were multiple people in line. It also was completely unprofessional and unhygienic that the front desk clerk was smoking right outside the front entrance.
The free breakfast and nice comfy bed
We come into our room and there was toenail shavings al over the floor our bath tub would not turn off it was broken the toilet took several flushes staff was rude
The 3 beds, but very hard
The refrigerator had other people's food and drinks in it. The TV would cut in and out, blurred screen, cabinet is crumbling at the bottom and shower rod coming out the wall
The price
The last receiptionest i encountered before i checked out to get my deposit back was rude
Had roaches
Odor and there was roaches in room
The staff was nice and the breakfast was good and the lobby was nice!
The room seemed a little run down, and I was a little scared to be there by myself.
