Pros:

Front office help was exceptional, room was clean, breakfast was filling.

Cons:

People screaming in the hall at 3:00 a.m., the back door being held open by a rock, outdoor pool did not look inviting. The drawer on the large dresser was broken, and the coffee pot was questionable

DO NOT STAY HERE.
Pros:

They had popcorn out one night I was there which was really nice.

Cons:

I didn’t like the rooms, you can tell the building is old and need to be updated, the room has a smell and feels kind of muggy even when the air is on. Smells kind of like mildew or something. The floors are dirty I hated even walking on them without my shoes on. Upon my first day the sink had some kind of dirty substance and when I talked to front desk about it I was greeted with questions, as if I was the one that did it. The manager asked, “you’re just now noticing this, we don’t do things like this, I’ll have to look into this”? I was kind of insulted because I’m a clean person and I wasn’t asking for any type of incentive except for someone to clean the room. Plus I had my toddler with me so it was convenient for me to go immediately at the moment I saw the sink. But I blame myself because I failed to look at the reviews. I just saw one review which shows the paint in the tubs chipping which I had the same issue. Just stay away. Plus they have people coming in from the street grabbing breakfast and leaving.

Comfort Suites was a very pleasant overnight stay, and the morning breakfast was delicious!
Pros:

The hotel room was a perfect size. The one queen bed, with a couch/bed in the sitting area was a great feature. Liked the desk with the large mirror and extra available outlets. This was the area I personally got ready in the morning to apply my makeup and fix my hair while my husband got ready in the bathroom area. Liked the color decor in the the hotel room too. And the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Could hear the airplanes flying over Comfort Suites. But we were close to the airport which was to be expected.

Will probably avoid staying at another Comfort Suites
Pros:

The lady who set up the breakfast was sweet, friendly and helpful. She was THe one and ONLY staff member with a smile for the guests. All other employees seemed unhappy and acted like the people around them didn’t exist or were an annoyance.

Cons:

Unfriendly staff. Care for the facilities was janky
