Buona esperienza ma non un vero 4 stelle
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte in questa struttura. Il personale si è dimostrato molto gentile, professionale e disponibile, contribuendo a rendere piacevole il soggiorno. I letti e i cuscini sono particolarmente comodi e ci hanno garantito un ottimo riposo.
L'hotel è accogliente e conserva tutte le caratteristiche di una struttura che, probabilmente, rappresentava un ottimo standard negli anni passati. Gli ambienti sono ordinati e la permanenza è stata comunque gradevole.

Cons:

Pur essendo classificato come hotel 4 stelle, la struttura appare piuttosto datata e avrebbe bisogno di un ammodernamento generale per mantenere gli standard che oggi ci si aspetta da questa categoria.
In camera è presente il bollitore con tè e tisane, ma mancavano elementi che renderebbero realmente fruibile il servizio, come tazze in ceramica o porcellana e cucchiaini per mescolare. Erano disponibili soltanto due bicchieri di carta, una soluzione che appare più in linea con categorie inferiori.
Anche il set di cortesia in bagno è molto essenziale: due piccoli flaconi di shampoo-doccia, una saponetta e una cuffia da bagno. In molti hotel 4 stelle è ormai normale trovare una dotazione più completa di prodotti per l'igiene personale e maggiori attenzioni per l'ospite.
Un altro aspetto migliorabile è il bagno. La presenza della vasca con un piccolo pannello in vetro per l'utilizzo della doccia risulta poco pratica, soprattutto per persone anziane o con ridotta mobilità. Inoltre, la superficie della vasca può risultare piuttosto scivolosa.
Avevamo scelto questa struttura anche per la possibilità di raggiungere Siena con i mezzi pubblici. In effetti, durante il giorno i collegamenti sono comodi, ma nelle ore serali le corse risultano molto limitate o assenti. Per cenare in centro siamo stati costretti a utilizzare l'auto. Chi non dispone di un mezzo proprio dovrebbe valutare attentamente questo aspetto, soprattutto se intende visitare la città nelle ore serali. Nelle immediate vicinanze dell'hotel, infatti, non ci sono particolari alternative raggiungibili comodamente a piedi.
La colazione è risultata nella media per quanto riguarda la proposta dolce, mentre il comparto salato appare piuttosto limitato. La caffetteria e le bevande fresche sono erogate da distributori automatici e la qualità, a nostro avviso, non è all'altezza di quella che ci si aspetterebbe da una struttura di questa categoria.

La chambre propre avec un lit confortable, la proximité du centre ville en bus . Il faut être attentif le bus passe toutes les heures après une certaine heure . Mais c’était un bon moyen pour ce rendre au cœur de la ville
