Location is awesome service was great , room is spacious
The water from the shower was leaking through the wall to the front everytime you take a shower the bed sheets on arrival smells old but was changed the next day ,the pool, I was expecting the water to be cold since the temp is high
The rooms were fantastic, and clean. Room service was great and spot on. Staff were very friendly . Communication was excellent. I booked via booking.com and they had problem charging my card, i contacted them and they were very effecient in contacting me back couple of times.
Spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff, love the covered pool area, and delicious buffet breakfast.
The Samoan staff are always welcoming and friendly. This includes people working in housekeeping and general workers also.
The breakfast menu has gone downhill since our last visit. Egg options were great but not many changes in the fruit selection day on day. Needs less fried rice and more breakfast hot food - eg bacon
Great price for a great stay.
Traditional, peaceful vibe with lovely staff. Rooms are huge and well appointed.
Food is great, a little limited if you want more traditional meals but they’re just catering to the masses.
Huge shout out to Mercy on the bar and NEWYEAR on reception. Cannot recommend this place enough.

The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and there was daily room service. There was a power outage when we arrived but the team were quick to compensate the inconvenience.
The complementary breakfast didn't have too many options but what was offered was delicious and substantial. The staff were attentive, approachable and very accommodating during our stay. Great location!

I booked this trip last minute and somehow managed to choose the wrong dates. Even though it was non-refundable when I called Rita from the reservations team was incredibly helpful and calm, and she sorted everything out smoothly on the other side of the line.
She assist me upon check in, explained everything clearly (even the extra charges), and asked thoughtful questions that made me feel at ease traveling alone. Food was good, the staff was friendly overall, but she deserves recognition. I’ll definitely be back just need to work on booking the right dates next time.
I liked the location
I didn’t like that the room had very poor aircon. The aircon in the room did not cool the room, it looked like a very old model that did not work. This made our stay very uncomfortable. The beds were very hard. Room service could have been better in terms of urgency. I thought it was strange that you had to pay $100 if you sis not return a pool towel. The towels in the room were very small, and they need to provide more towels in the room as we had to shower several times due the poor condition of the aircon. The breakfast was not great, you need to find a way to keep food from going off. I will never book here again, I left with a heat rash on my neck due to sweating and not being able to cool down. The room was like a sauna for me and my cousin. The staff are great, however the advertising of the double deluxe room was great and did not live up to it.
