Nice place to stay when you first arrive in Apia, but go out and find other places for dinner some times.
Pros:

Very nice looking resort with lovely gardens. Pool is nice. Handy location in Apia, but nice and quiet. Our room backed onto a wild garden with lots of birds flying by, which was really nice.
Good aircon, which was essential.

Cons:

The first night, they had a conference, so we could only choose bar food to eat. Not a great menu - pizza was ok, but not what we wanted on our first night in Samoa. Cocktails were hit and miss - daily special was nice though!

Great location good facilities will stay again
Pros:

The location was great really easy to get around from walk to places etc.
Gym facilities great for a small space good all round equipment.
Room was great large, bathroom was big but would’ve liked better extraction fan to clear out but overall was good.
The kitchen staff were great every breakfast they were lovely chatty went out of their way to help us with anything we needed they were amazing

Cons:

The reception staff were not helpful they should’ve been, they weren’t chatty or forthcoming with information we had to constantly ask or prompt for help with information. As a resort assisting out of town people this should be the first point of contact and we should feel welcomed. Some of them never smiled it sounded like a bother to ask a question and they did not make me feel welcomed they need more high quality customer service training this was not all of them but most

Fia Fai night was very good

Cons:

Coffee was not good and was run out on one day, also some of the breakfast items also ran out

The atmosphere of the staff, the location of the hotel. Great scenery for a nights walk to the park with my child. Great location to markets and shopping area.

Loved it! Would come back in a heart beat!
Pros:

Loved the property! Rooms were big & comfortable & staff super friendly & accomodating!

Cons:

Hot water was a bit iffy - only 2 days we had it, which didn’t matter so much for me & hubby due too the temperature, but the kids didn’t like it
