Loved the property! Rooms were big & comfortable & staff super friendly & accomodating!
Hot water was a bit iffy - only 2 days we had it, which didn’t matter so much for me & hubby due too the temperature, but the kids didn’t like it

Room was clean, good quality bathroom supplies eg soap, shampoo etc, water and milk
Beautiful Gardens - well looked after, liked how the fruits and veges freshly used to provide guests meals
We arrived 2hrs early so we asked to wait at the bar and check within an hour, your room will be ready at 1pm. Checked at 1pm, to be told by another person that we will be charged $30 early check in fee. If the room is empty and ready why wait 1 more hour? People needed to relax and rest after a long travel and rooms are expensive.
Room is old and a large stain on the curtain. Does not look nice at all
Upon arrival we were greeted with smiles, Sione served us and checking in was smooth, fast and effective. My daughter and I were escorted to our room (419) our suitcases were carried by Freddy who was friendly, engaged in conversation and showed us how to switch on the lights and then aet our suitcases on the designated areas in our room.
The cleanliness is 10/10, the small touches and reminders of "small acts..impacts" were very nice.
We did ultilise room service, the food arrived nice and hot.
Continental breakfast, such a variety and everything was delicious. Waiters refilled our coffee and removed out empty plates.
Dining in the evening we loved the atmosphere, the music and live band. Prices are affordable and having the option of a niu in the menu adds a nice touch.
We were served by a lovely older gentleman who checked in, cleared our table, provided menus and smile each time.
The room was lovely, it was perfect to relax and put our feet up.
We thoroughly loved our experience and we plan on returning with our family.

We were impressed with our stay at Tanoa Tusitala. The location is great, pretty much in the heart of town, an easy walk to all the shops and businesses with great access to the waterfront. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was really nice, fairly large with a balcony overlooking the pool area. Everything was very clean and well-maintained – a comfortable place to hang out. The Wifi internet was fast and the TV had a decent variety of English language programming. The little pool bar/café was good. We had a couple of meals there and enjoyed the food and ambience. The breakfast buffet was good as well with a solid range of hot and cold dishes. There is a small 24/7 gym on site with some basic free weights, a multi-gym, and a few pieces of cardio gear – enough for a basic workout. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to other travelers.

Breakfast had very good variety of hot food. toaster is too slow and had problem with keyboard for room wouldn't work sometimes
I enjoyed the ease of staying at Tanoa - the restaurant, pool and bar all in same area and room was close to it all too. Great to have free parking and aircon rooms. Perfect location to travel around Upolu.

The staff were very friendly, beds were comfortable and breakfast was included.
We had no water for half the day and our drain in the shower was blocked. We also had to ask for bath towels & toilet paper which they topped up after they cleaned our room.
It was absolutely beautiful , staff were kind and helpful and the food was great too. Kids had a great time too.
Only the walk to the room being far from the entrance as we have two kids under 5. So when they were asleep we would have to carry them back to our room. but other than that it was gorgeous
