Pros:

Nice spacious rooms, nice food & friendly staff..

Cons:

That my family were left waiting a very long time.to check in, bc I was stuck in nz waiting my urgent passport..Tanoa couldn't help my family to check in...my poor husband had a very bad leg could not walk far he was in pain...needed to lie down n rest...yet Tanoa made them wait in foyer until I arrived 6 hours later..
I am very disappointed how they handled this situation.
Where was the compassion and alofa mo Tagata matutua? We had to seek a private doctor later bc of the stress on his legs ..he needed to rest on a bed..

Faamolemole show some alofa when dealing with these situations..we are Samoa built on God's love but yet treat our people like this. This is not good enough.
My family were shown care only by 2 lovely ladies ...bless them..

Pros:

The size of the room.

Cons:

Buffet breakfast was disappointing. Not a lot of variety and everything was really salty. I couldn't understand why mushrooms were salty like it was soaked in a pickled brine. The chicken sausages was more salty than povi masima.
Bar fridge was leaking in the room and the sliding door was broken

For the $444 AUD I paid for 2 nights. It was a ripoff. I checked out on the first day

Pros:

Location, setting, staff were supa friendly and helpful can't fault the service.
Good size rooms

Cons:

Menu for lunch and dinner was the same and limited options other wise we would have eaten lunch and dinner more frequently here

Beauty of Samoa
Pros:

Customer service was nice. Easy to communicate with the workers, workers were really friendly. Peace and quiet atmosphere. Clean rooms and helpful employees. Great location in town.

Cons:

Rooms could use their own microwave. Preferably some plates to use.
Cleaners could pls knock with some sense and not knock to wake people up in the wee hours of the morning. Add a little more choices for the restaurant menu.
