En trevlig upplevelse och jag kommer att välja detta hotell nästa gång jag åker till Borlänge.
Pros:

Mycket god frukost med många alternativ från fil till avslutande kaffe.
Mitt enkelrum var toppen. Snyggt inrett. Allt man kunde behöva fanns där. Vackert badrum. Gillade väggen med en stor elefant haha!

Dåligt att Booking inte informerar hotellet att man reser med hund. Bra hotell och hjälpsam personal

Frukosten, läget och personalen

Cons:

Vi reste med hund och när vi bokade hotellet valde vi ett hotell där hundar är välkomna samt kryssade i att vi reser med hund när vi gjorde bokningen. När vi kom till hotellet hade dom inte fått den informationen av Booking.com vilket personalen på hotellet sa är vanligt. Dom sa även att man behöver kontakta hotellet innan man gör bokningen för att bekräfta att dom har lediga hundrum. Detta är dåligt av Booking. Som tur var hade hotellet ett rum kvar där man får ha hund.
