Pool was closed and room condition was poor to the price I had to pay for a night when the toilet don’t even flush
Pros:

Main lobby is absolutely beautiful that’s about it

Cons:

Room toilet didn’t flush went down stairs they said some one would fix came back up hours later flushed once and didn’t flush again plus we was exited for the pool when booking got there and pool was closed since August just false advertising need to be up front when customers before the book a night and spend hundreds

Pros:

This is the second time staying at this hotel. We love the location and the history of the hotel. Upon arriving they even was willing to upgrade us for a small increase. They valet is awesome and always highly hlepfull. Take the ghost tour.

John que trabaja en el lobby, que no sé si es concierge, hace un tour al habitación 311, es muy atento y muy amable con los huéspedes.

This place is the pure prime definition of what class, comfort, and relaxation while traveling is!!
Pros:

As soon as you walk through the doors you cannot help but be blown away. This place takes exquisite elegance with an at home feel and has very friendly staff. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is a success.
