The room was meticulously remodeled and clean, and proved to be very quiet. We've never stayed in such a surprisingly pleasing room. The common areas were exceptionally beautiful and interesting.
Nothing!
The tour, how friendly everyone was!
Location was incredible, walls were solid and mostly soundproof, beautiful lobby and room
Pool: children were allowed to scream and throw balls and roughhouse, kind of ruined the pool for everyone else.
The hotel is beautiful and is in a great location. The restaurant was very accommodating for us and the food was excellent. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I loved the charm and history of the hotel and how it was displayed for you to enjoy.
The property is great! I have no dislikes.
The bed, the beautiful bathroom, the coffee setup, safe, fridge
It seems like all of the seating is so low to the ground. To work at the desk, I had to put a pillow on the chair so I could access my laptop at a comfortable height.
Love the decor
Nothing
What was not to like, the room was amazing, the location was close enough to everything we did not have to drive to anything. The bed super comfy and so were the pillows. The staff was beyond kind, it didn't matter if it was a bell hop or front desk, everyone smiled was so positive, did not make me feel like an outsider or tourist. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
nothing! everything was so great!
The historic building
NA
I loved the grand year of these old hotels. It was a great location right on the free shuttle line. The beds were very comfortable; the convenience of the refrigerator and coffee maker. The hotel was quiet on the room levels.
I did not like the very low water pressure of the shower! Beautiful bathroom, but poor water pressure. As in all hotels, it seems there’s never any hooks to get clothing, coats, scarves, etc. off the furniture or to hang up damp towels or even to hang up the hand towel!
very luxurious! comfortable furniture, great staff
The pool temp could have been warmer and not enough seating in pool area
Large room, great food, and friendly staff
bedding, poor room darkening curtains, not availability of breakfast,
Love the history
