Enjoyed our stay here very much and would recommend it for others.
Pros:

Property was beautiful, great location and wonderful staff. Breakfast was exceptional in the staff, welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

Pillows are too big and firm. Uncomfortable.

The food is good, the place is pretty. It can be relaxing.
Pros:

The building is beautiful. The staff was nice.

Cons:

The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The faucet in the sink didn’t have cold water, we had to fix the faucet.

The shower was amazing and it was just a beautiful inside hotel. The history of it and the felt like you went back in time.

Beautiful location, the restaurant was tasty and the service was outstanding.
Pros:

Loved tn gatsby era decor, the location was amazing and the service was top notch.

Cons:

It was a little loud in the room because of some type of broken fan in an air conditioning unit close by.

The elevators are horrible!! One doesn’t work and the other takes so long to get to a destination

Would love to stay again, but in a Tower room next time.
Pros:

The room was meticulously remodeled and clean, and proved to be very quiet. We've never stayed in such a surprisingly pleasing room. The common areas were exceptionally beautiful and interesting.
