Pros:

Lovely comfortable easy hotel, bar food and service excellent. Beautiful ly clean and well presented throughout

Cons:

Couldn't find the safe anywhere!! Also ice machine very close and noisy at night

I enjoyed the stay, the food was good and the staff was friendly all the time. My room was nice.

Pros:

Location is good. Parking facilities are good but expensive. Overall the old building has a charm

Cons:

The Manor rooms are a big disappointment. A window with no view, bad furniture and poor lighting made it a difficult stay.
We asked for a famed tour of the hotel and room 311 and our guide was a huge disappointment. He was just reading the signs as if we could not read the same.
There is no breakfast service in the hotel.

Loved it!
Pros:

Soft towels, plenty of toiletries, comfy pillows and sheets, spacious, conveniently and centrally located area. Restaurants, shops, theater in walking distance.

Beautiful.
Pros:

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and classy.

Cons:

The maid service failed to resupply toilet paper...we ran out. They also did not resupply the coffee station with condiments.
