Lovely comfortable easy hotel, bar food and service excellent. Beautiful ly clean and well presented throughout
Couldn't find the safe anywhere!! Also ice machine very close and noisy at night
I liked the atmosphere of the Hotel, the 1920/30's vibe was unique.
Location
Room was a little old
Location is good. Parking facilities are good but expensive. Overall the old building has a charm
The Manor rooms are a big disappointment. A window with no view, bad furniture and poor lighting made it a difficult stay.
We asked for a famed tour of the hotel and room 311 and our guide was a huge disappointment. He was just reading the signs as if we could not read the same.
There is no breakfast service in the hotel.
Soft towels, plenty of toiletries, comfy pillows and sheets, spacious, conveniently and centrally located area. Restaurants, shops, theater in walking distance.
The hotel was absolutely beautiful and classy.
The maid service failed to resupply toilet paper...we ran out. They also did not resupply the coffee station with condiments.
Todo. Hermosa
Nada.
Location , comfortable , plenty of towels
It was beautiful and very clean
The bed was so worn and soft, very uncomfortable
Our dining experience was very nice.
The carpets in rooms are dirty, musty and moldy smelling.
Location was perfect for us. Lots of walkable food options.
Property was beautiful, great location and wonderful staff. Breakfast was exceptional in the staff, welcoming and friendly.
Pillows are too big and firm. Uncomfortable.
