Quite transactional, not cozy, doesn’t make one want to stay in the room
Pros:

The location is great, the staff at reception were friendly, breakfast was ok

Cons:

No help with luggage, very Spartan room facilities - no coffee machine, no slippers - the very bare minimum. Very black wardrobe so one can’t see if anything is left behind.

Beautiful location and lovely staff, but not quite $600/night
Pros:

The good: the service was exceptional — warm, attentive, and helpful throughout. The location is excellent, right in the middle of everything. The beds were very comfortable, and the family room was unique and special; our daughter loved it. The gym is excellent — a real one, not a token treadmill in a closet — and having bikes to rent on site was a huge plus, especially in Copenhagen. Amenities overall were solid.

Cons:

The less good: at $600+ a night, we expected a few things to be better. The bathroom sink was so small we couldn’t wash our faces without water spilling over the edge. Noise was the bigger issue — music from the restaurant kept us awake until 11pm every night, and because we were on the first floor, we were woken at 6 or 7am by footsteps overhead. It’s an older building with thin ceilings, and it shows. The room also ran warm with no way to adjust the temperature.

Было очень очень неприятно и сложно прилететь уставшими ночью в 3 часа и просидеть до чекина в 13.00 в холе. Хотя я предворительно послала просьбу о раннем чекине, мне не ответили отказом и я надеялась, что нам предоставят номер. Было бы разумнее, если бы я знала заранее об этом. тогда я в бы рассматривала другие варианты. Этот случай очень омрачеил наше путешествие☹️☹️☹️

Pros:

The Hotel Bella Grande, was centrally located making it easy to explore the city. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I loved the unique blend of history charm and modern style. I will stay here again.

Pros:

Posizione ottima e staff gentilissimo molto disponibile. Design delle camere curato.

Cons:

L’albergo è molto “instagrammabile” ma un po’ finto, come fiori finti ovunque. La cosa più grave è stato trovare due spugnette (sporche!) dentro al letto appena arrivati, dimenticate dal team delle pulizie. La ragazza alla reception è stata molto gentile e ci ha cambiato le lenzuola personalmente, dato che gli addetti alle pulizie erano già andati via.
In stanza mancano bottiglie d’acqua e anche le ciabattine sono a pagamento - nonostante aver preso una camera superior. Sono piccoli dettagli che per il prezzo della camera dovrebbero essere forniti di default al cliente. Per il prezzo pagato, non tornerei.
