We LOVED the comfort of the bed, the size of the room, the style of bathroom and the size of the shower, staff were super friendly and helpful.
There wasn’t anything bad apart from no kettle in the room however this was easily resolved when we asked a member of staff and she knew we wanted tea and offered us what kind of milk we’d like and brought it all up to the room within 10 minutes, excellent service.

Excellent location, great hotel and lovely smiling and helpful staff. We did not try the breakfast. Room itself was spacious and comfortable. It was an economy standard room. Bed was a little on the softer side - but we slept well and could not hear much from outside. IF you wanted fresh air it was possible to open the windows a little bit. Wifi was good. Good quality toiletries.
The room lacked a working table - so I think it is ok for vacations and personal use. But for business visits, I wont recommend it - at least not this room type as a working table and comfortable office chair and multiple plug points is maybe necessary. Bathroom sink on the smaller side - a little tricky to wash your face without spilling water outside or banging your head on the shelf just a bit above the tap. Bathroom water pressure was good but shower curtain height meant that little water always spills out in the floor making the bathroom floor a little more wet than it needs to be! (a slight safety hazard - so better make sure you keep or ask for extra floor towels to ensure that the rest of the bathroom floor stays dry). I also missed an electric kettle! Finally - I can understand sustainability and Denmark clean water standards means the tap water is drinkable. However, why do hotels not understand that a tap next to a Toilet means that you can always risk having fecal germs on the tap surfaces from previous guests who may not have remembered to close the WC lid when flushing etc. Just provide us a tap outside the bathroom and no one will complain about missing water bottles anymore. It shouldn't be that hard :)

Rooms were good size, we enjoyed spending time in the hotel lounge, drinks reasonably priced. Location is good, only a few minutes walk from train and metro stations.
Noise from deliveries during the night, our room overlooked the road at the front of the hotel. Possibly only happens on a Sunday night.

Da ps5 ikke havde lyd, fik vi straks et andet værelse og alle var glade. Fantastisk beliggenhed. Bedste morgenmad!
Vi var spontant ude, så restauranten havde ikke bord ledigt, men de sørgede for room service som var perfekt og opstillet fint på borde❤️
Alt var skønt, men der manglede et lille køleskab til vores mælk (min mand drikker meget kaffe)
