Alla reception li staff era molto gentile

Cons:

Ci hanno fatto pagare l'ultima colazione dicendo che non era inclusa visto il check out all'alba. Ma la sera prima ci avevano assicurato che era gratis.

Fint ophold.
Pros:

Venlige og hjælpsomme receptionister, hyggelig stemning og rene værelser.

Cons:

Det eneste minus var byggearbejdet lige overfor hotellet, som man ikke informeres om ved reservationen.

Great location and helpful staff but in our 3 days we barely got any sleep as it was unbearably noisy
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, cleanliness

Cons:

There was no AC in the room, so it got extremely hot, especially at night. It was also super noisy, as there is a construction site right opposite the hotel and they were banging and drilling from 7am all day. Didn’t get better at night as people were screaming, singing, playing music until late, so it was really hard to sleep.

The best staff in a great hotel
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, excellent location and staff was some of the nicest and most accommodating hotel staff I’ve ever met. Also very affordable for what you get.

Herşey çok güzeldi. Kızım kalmıştı daha önce onun önerisiyle arkadaşlarımızla kaldık.

The Hotel Bella Grande was charming, clean and the staff was very friendly.
Pros:

I think the hotel would benefit greatly with some updates in the dining area. The chairs, the colors...it all needs refurbishing and freshening up.

Cons:

Coffee could be served earlier.

Pros:

Perfect location, easy to get to the metro & walkable to all shops & cafes.

Cons:

The hotel was beautiful, so it's expected you would pay more. The rooms were small but fine, bed was very comfortable! Bathroom was extremely small, shower was cramped.
