Séjour correct, mais manque de rangements dans la chambre et propreté qui laisse à désirer.

Cons:

J’ai passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel. L’établissement est globalement correct, mais l’aménagement des chambres pose problème.

Il y a quasiment aucun espace de rangement. Même dans la salle de bain, rien n’est prévu pour poser ses affaires. Nous avons dû faire des allers-retours entre la salle de bain et nos valises en permanence.

De manière générale, rien ne semble vraiment pensé pour faciliter la vie des clients dans la chambre.

La propreté n’était pas vraiment au rendez-vous à mon goût.

L’hôtel possède aussi un grand restaurant ouvert au public. Il y a donc beaucoup de passage et pas mal de monde dans le lobby, y compris des personnes qui ne séjournent pas à l’hôtel, ce que j’ai trouvé assez gênant.

Enfin, il n’y a pas de room service et le restaurant de l’hôtel est constamment plein, ce qui complique encore les choses pour les clients qui souhaitent simplement manger sur place.

Fantastic location beautifully decorated hotel friendly staff and great food!
Pros:

Location was fantastic staff were so lovely and really accommodation very comfortable clean spacious room.
Beauty decor, also ate in restaurant Donna the food was beautiful, highly recommend and will definitely return for sure!

Cons:

We had a room with a window to the courtyard just to note that the music played till about 11 it was quiet but you could still hear it but other than that a fantastic stay

Money stolen from room

Cons:

€20 note was stolen by cleaners from our room, and other cash moved from inside my makeup bag to where the other cash was in closet to try to disguise the money taken from our closet. We made the hotel aware about it to which they done nothing about it. We asked again and they didn’t remember us asking in first place, and finally asked when departing on the third day which they said they would email us about it. They emailed and said they trust their staff and it wasn’t stolen. Extremely disappointed in how it was handled, nobody cared to make us feel more comfortable during our stay after this happened at the beginning of our stay.
