Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral.
Gutes Frühstück.
Sehr tierliebes Personal.

Cons:

Nur ein Handtuch für die Sauna und anschließende Dusche.
Wegen des Hundes mussten wir die Mahlzeiten im Barbereich einnehmen. Leider gibt es dort nur niedrige Tische. Das war etwas unbequem.

Pros:

Velmi krásný hotel, s perfektní polohou přímo v centru kousek od sjezdovky a obchodů. Pokoje velké, balkon s výhledem na sjezdovku. Personál velmi ochotný, snídaně i večeře skvělé. Dokonalý welness. Nezbýva než poděkovat a říci, že se učitě vrátíme:)

NEVER AGAIN!!!!
Pros:

Never again. Unfortunately, I have to share a very unpleasant stay full of bizarre situations and I want to warn anyone who might be tempted by the photos of this hotel. We stayed here from February 19 to 24, 2026. Right upon arrival, we were unpleasantly surprised by the fact that parking is not included in the considerable accommodation fee. However, in the end, this was the smallest problem. On the very first day, an unpleasant situation happened when a colleague, excited for the first day of skiing, forgot his entire wallet in the hotel room nightstand. Yes, you might say there is a safe.... but the plan was to take the wallet and pay for ski passes in cash. In the past, one would have made the trip back to the hotel, but today is an advanced time, so we all took out our mobile phones, paid, and went skiing. An unpleasant surprise awaited us immediately after returning to the room. The wallet did remain in the nightstand, but its contents did not. He had 500 euros and 2000 Czech crowns stolen. We reported this immediately at the reception. To our surprise, the receptionist responded in a manner – there are no cameras in the hotel and this is not our problem. Stop by tomorrow, maybe the manager will be here. After insisting, she called a colleague, who introduced himself as a manager, (but upon departure it turned out that they had not contacted any manager at all). Nevertheless, he asked us not to go to the police, that he would talk to the staff, and that we should stop by the next day. The next day they only informed us that no one had seen anything suspicious and that was it. Therefore, we went to the police to report the entire incident; the police assured us that since it involves a significant amount of money, there would be an investigation and questioning of the hotel, with the conclusion sent later. At the same time, they pointed out that the hotel should have automatically issued us an incident report, which did not happen. They only did so on the last day of our stay, after we had asked at the reception every day. During the entire stay, not a single apology or offer of a solution to the situation was made. At the end of the stay, an annoyed temporary worker handed us the bill for the room, along with 2 packs of tissues labeled 'don't cry.' That receipts appeared in our accounts even though they did not belong to our room and did not correspond to our expenses was resolved on-site. The biggest bizarre aspect of the whole stay was probably that immediately upon arrival my colleague reported water not draining in the shower, for which they wanted to charge us 100 euros upon departure. Truly incomprehensible. I will not comment on the food and service. Never this hotel again, and I really strongly warn everyone not to be lured by the nice photos on Booking. PS: For a stay at this hotel with half-board, we paid 26,000 crowns per person including the check and parking 31000 czech crowns that is around 1200 euro per person…
