Wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Kellner waren sehr aufmerksam.
Essen war perfekt und für jeden etwas dabei.
Zimmer war sauber.
Wir hatten auch das Glück, dass an diesem Wochenende das Kaprunfest stattgefunden hat.
Tolle Band die STRANGERS :-)

Cons:

Das die Sommercard nicht sofort gültig war. Erst am nächsten Tag .-(

Erholsamer Urlaub in Traumhafter Umgebung
Pros:

Sehr freundlichliches Personal von der Reinigungskraft bis zum Service Personal!! Auch mit Hund ist man hier herzlich willkommen !! Ob Frühstück oder Abendessen sehr gutes Essen und viel Abwechslung!

Cons:

Am Abend manchmal von der Straße her bisschen laut,aber da kann das Hotel nichts dafür.

בארוחת ערב, שהרי שילמנו עליה, אף אחד לא דאג להגיד לנו שיש תפריט נוסף שהוא מגיע כל יום וכל יום ניתן להזמין ממנו. שמו לנו על השולחן תפריט עם אוכל שאיננו אוכלים אותו . המלצרים רא שלא אהבנו ולא אכלנו את המנות שהוגשו. בצק אאוט דיברתי עם נציגת הקבלה סוזנה והסברתי לה שזה ממש לא לענין שלא יידעו אותנו על ארוחת הערב שיש תפריט עם פיצות, שניצל ופסטה ואם תוכל לעשות לנו הנחה על התשלום ששילמנו ולא נהננו ממנו ואו לפחלות שלא תחייב אותנו עבור המשקאות /חניה להרגשה טובה. סוזנה לא הסכימה. ביקשתי שתערב מנהל ותבדוק מולו והיא לא עשתה זאת. חבל מאוד. אם המלון לא רואה את הלקוח אז לא חסרים מלונות שכן. אנו משלמים ומצפים לקבל תמורה וגם אם לא היו מזכים רק חלק משווי ארוחת הערב הייתי מסכימה. וואייפיי גרוע . בחדר לא עבד הוויפי בכלל וגם האינטרנט של טלפון כמעט ולא עבד, כאילו שיש שם חסימה מסויימת שמקשה על הגלישה. היינו 3 לילות ובכל יום ביקשתי שיתקנו ולא עשו כלום.
