Important information:

Children aged 4 to 11 stay free when using existing beds with 1 or 2 adults (breakfast is not included).

TAXES
In accordance with local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional 18% tax.

To be exempt from this additional 18% (IGV), guests must present a copy of their immigration card and passport. Both documents must be presented to qualify for the exemption. Otherwise, the additional tax will apply.
Foreign business travelers requesting a printed invoice will be charged this additional 18%, regardless of the length of their stay in Peru.

This amount is not automatically included in the total cost of the reservation.

PET FRIENDLY
Guests are welcome to bring their dogs, provided they comply with the pet policy, at an additional cost of USD 38 per pet per night (taxes not included).

• Maximum 1 pet per room.

• Reservations must be made at least 2 days in advance.

• Only pets weighing up to 18 kg are allowed.

• Upon check-in, guests must present certificates issued by a licensed veterinarian (or competent government agency) confirming that their pet has been vaccinated and dewormed within the last 6 months.

• In accordance with Peruvian law, potentially dangerous breeds such as American Pitbull, Dogo, Rottweiler, Doberman, and others are not permitted.

• Only dogs are allowed. Food and water bowls are available. In the case of guide dogs, a certificate from CONADIS (or a competent authority) must be presented attesting to the dog's necessity. If the guest does not have this certificate, the pet's stay will be charged.

• Pets cannot be left unattended.

• Pets (dogs only) are permitted only in certain rooms, and restrictions may apply.

Pros:

Ubicación en Plaza de Armas muy cerca a museos, bancos, etc.

Cons:

Tal vez mejorar las opciones del desayuno aunque bueno pero tienen chance de mejorarlo

La ubicacion, la limpieza.

Cons:

Que el personal del lobby, no pudiera proporcionarme una habitacion con vista a la calle, estando disponible. Y que no aceptara hacer un "Check out late" a pesar de ser pago.

Una buena estadía en general
Pros:

Me gustó mucho el desayuno, abundante y las chicas que atendían lindas, dispuestas amables y sonrientes
Qué importante es eso cuando uno está lejos de casa!
Me gustó que la habitación era muy silenciosa y pudimos dormir y descansar

Cuando les preguntabas te decían lo justo o poco o nada. Sobre todo sobre la ciudad
0 ganas de dar info. Una chica que estaba decorando el bar una tarde me habló feo con respecto a que mi hijo ingresara a ver el partido de fútbol. Fue tan cortante y poco amable en su tono y forma. No fue nada necesario que nos hablara así. El personal debería ser más amable y si uno se acerca a preguntar responder y dar información con buena disposición. Eso fue lo que menos me gustó. Me hicueron sentir incómoda cada vez que les preguntaba algo. (Que fueron 4 veces) Estuvimos 4 noches, lógicamente teníamos preguntas.
Otra cosa por mejorar son las almohadas. Se deforman todas y no dan soporte.
Por lo demás todo cómodo y bien

Enjoy your privilege to stay in a colonial mansion facing Plaza de Armas.
Pros:

This hotel is one of the heritage properties in the monumental city center and only one in Plaza de Armas.
The building has a pair of wooden balconies ("balcones de cajón"), which are the most distinctive architectural features on that block. There are a lot of other mansions of colonial or early republican period within a walking distance. It is a great fun to see them strolling in Jirón Independencia and other central streets.
The hotel building might be originally of the 19th century but is very well renovated for modern use. I liked the spacious bathtub.
A very good restaurant (Paprika) is on service in day and night.

Cons:

I’m sorry to say that hotel people do not know much about the history of the hotel building.
