Please note that if paying in cash, guests are welcome to pay in Peruvian Soles or US Dollars (based on the property's exchange rate of the day of payment).
Please note, in some rooms, children from 4 up to 11 years old will be accommodated free of charge sharing bed with one or two adults, you only have to assume the cost of breakfast. From 12 years old onwards, children are considered adults and are charged as additional person.
Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card (TAM) and passport must be presented.
Please note both documents are required for fee exemption.
Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee. Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

El desayuno estaba muy bueno y la atención del personal.
La perilla de la ducha estaba en mal estado y el extractor de aire sonaba muy mal.

The room was very comfortable, with a window overlooking the plaza and was equipped with a kettle. Porter service is available. Secure parking is available nearby by reception voucher. Food service and breakfasts (latter is included) are excellent. There are lots of restaurants and services within walking distance.
Off site parking was very secure but it does present some difficulties with unloading/loading luggage.

Lo que no me gustó es que al inicio no me daban cochera, incluso cancelaban mi reserva sin costo, pero es incómodo llegar y tener ese problema porque en mi caso iba confiado ya que me habia hospedado 2 veces anteriores y muy próximas y no tuve ese tipo de problemas, luego lo solucionaron. También, sucede que cuando uno reserva online no se puede tener contacto con el hotel, no contestan el teléfono celular y comunicarse por intermedio de la central es difícil, esto dificulta cualquier coordinación.
