Pros:

Tusen tack till personalen som ändrade mitt rum. Frukosten var 10/10. Alla i Falun är underbara.

Cons:

Jag var inte nöjd med första rummet pga oljudet i elementen.Men personalen var fantastisk och jag hade 4 underbara dagar i Falun.

Toppen, svårt med att stanna till och lämna av bagage, men det gick.
Pros:

Helt OK frukost, kunderna kunde varit lite snällare med personalen, för de kämpade på bra med att fylla på saker på borden.
Spännande med att kunna smyga runt lite på övervåningen till tillsynes hemliga rum - barnen älskade det.

A very nice stay again at Hotel Grand Falun
Pros:

Very good value for money. Nice people, nice location, nice room, nice breakfast etc. I come to Falun ca once per year and I stay in this hotel every time. Usually when I travel to other places I try different hotels but not in Falun.
