Denna vistelse får bara okej.
Pros:

Gillar läget, centralt och nära till tåget. Trevlig personal.

Cons:

Vi bodde denna gång i hus ”B” dvs andra sidan vägen. Rummet slitet och nergånget, spruckna handfat bla. En lösning för tv utbudet måste till. Inte bara 1 an och 2an. Rummet och tv utbud drar ner betyget väsentligt.

Cons:

När jag fick mitt rum så var det ostädat. Bajs-ränder kvar i toaletten, kiss som runnit på utsidan av toaletten, skräp på golvet och långa hårstrån på sängen. När jag gick ned till receptionen och påtalade detta så suckade de åt mig och sa att de skulle gå upp och besikta rummet. Jag hade tagit bilder på allt så visade dessa och fick till svar att de skulle kolla om de hade ett likvärdigt rum annars måste jag vänta nere i receptionen på att de skulle städa. De hade ett likvärdigt rum och kodade om mitt nyckelkort. De skickade sedan upp mig i hissen med städerskan som ej pratade svenska och som ej fått infon att jag måste in på gamla rummet för att hämta mina väskor. Så tyvärr startade vistelsen ganska dåligt.
