Friendly staff.
Good breakfast.

Cons:

I had to pay an extra 225 kr for parking. When I was booking it, it showed on booking.com that parking was a facility. It never said that it costs extra for parking. It's either booking.com who has misleading information on the website or I was deceived by the hotel.

Handdukarna! Så mjuka!
Personalen som städa och gjorde i ordning rummet åt oss, så fint bemötande och angelägna att det skulle bli bra för oss.
Frukosten, att det fanns mycket hälsosamma alternativ som osötade bär, vegetabiliskt smör, glutenfritt bröd, grönsaker- krasse, ”havregrynsgröten”, Personalen i frukosten gav fin service.

Cons:

Intrycket av hela byggnaden, mörkt både på utsidan och insidan, tungt, slitet och unket.
Vi hade bokat ett mindre rum och när vi checkar in påtalar hotellpersonalen att det är för litet och att vi borde ta ett av de större rummen men att vi behöver betala mer pengar för att få ett bra rum för vår vistelse. Hon hade säkert rätt men det kändes påtvingat. Jag hade föredragit att hon varit mer hänsynsfull och sagt att alla rum är bra men önskar ni mer yta är det bara att säga till, så ordnar vi det. Allra helst hade jag sett att vi blev uppgraderade utan att behöva betala 400kr extra. Medans jag väntade så körde hon samma förslag till flera incheckningar, det kändes inte som ett erbjudande.
Soffan i vårt rum hade slitet tyg, så det såg så gammalt och slitet ut.
Vi valde att ha ett rum som har en fast säng och inte två men sängen var uttänjd, så min sambo fick ont i kroppen efter att ha sovit i sängen i två nätter. Vi har bott på många olika hotell senaste året och aldrig varit med om att säng kvalitén är så dålig att man blir skadad efter.

Det är ett hotell som jag har besökt många gånger. Vissa områden borde kanske renoveras.
