Pros:

The hotel is in a very convenient location! The buffet breakfast was very delicious. The spa and executive lounge were also wonderful. The hot water was very hot, which was great for showers and baths.

Cons:

The circulation and air conditioning does not seem to work well.

safe, friendly, clean, near the metro and easy to find eateries and foot massage
Pros:

staff are very helpful and friendly, the room is very clean and the location is quite near eateries.

Cons:

the swimming pool is actually rather small and everyone seem to need to put on a swimming cap which is kinda weird, maybe because it is a Japanese hotel but I wasn't told before booking this hotel.

Very clean and quiet

Cons:

The executive lounge hot food options were cold and there was no rosé wine to drink. English proficiency of the staff was poor and the breakfast options were mostly Asian food
