Det va rörigt vid frukosten, svårt att hitta plats och personalen hann inte med att plocka undan från bord. Det va bättre när man kunde boka tid.

Personalen i baren kändes inte speciellt välkomnande.

If not for the front desk staff being so nice this place would be a pass in my book.
Pros:

This is lovely place first let me say we stayed in a Junior Suite and paid a premium amount so my expectations were high compared to a regular room. This room met all of it and with a proper balcony we loved it.

Cons:

The lack of housekeeping in the junior suite we did not have kleenix, wash cloths and then the shower tub was a hot mess water every where and a full size window with curtain right in the shower was just a nightmare

Pros:

The hotel is a really beautiful old building, very elegant. The position is nice, in a central square close to the shopping centres with lots of bars and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable and the bathrooms small but extremely nice with fantastic artistic tiles and lighting. We had an issue with the air conditioning and were taken care of by the staff which was very kind and proactive. The breakfast was good and varied. There are two restaurants in the hotel. On Saturday night, there was much music and crowd in the hall but the upper floors remained very quiet.
