Pros:

Passade oss perfekt.

Cons:

Lite missvisande då det inte finns en antydan till att detta var ett Scandic-hotell. Så gick vi förbi och hamnade på scandic No53 först sen Scandic Klara.

Merkezi konumu ve temizliği gayet iyiydi

Cons:

Çatı katı oda verilmesini beğenmedim, ayrıca kahvaltı saatlerinde çok kalabalık oluyordu ve yer bulmak zor oluyordu, her türlü şeyde sıra bekledik, sadece cumartesi günü ek bir alan açarak kahvaltı sürecini rahatlattılar

We had a very nice time in this cosy elegant hotel in a jolly central square of Stockholm
Pros:

A warm historic hotel with a very nice pub and an excellent location at city center. The breakfast is very nice.

Cons:

If you want your room to be cleaned you need to inform the reception one day before. There is no concierge.

A well-located hotel with a nice bar, though the suite and family amenities did not fully meet our expectations.
Pros:

Excellent location. Some of the city’s best restaurants, cafés, bars, and shopping areas are just a short walk away. We also really enjoyed the hotel’s bar, which was a great place to relax after a day in the city.

Cons:

The suite we were given did not look like the one shown in the photos here.

We stayed with our two children, aged 4 and 5. Getting around the hotel corridors with a stroller was not very convenient. Also, the room service menu had very limited options that were suitable for young children.

The fact that the window in the room cannot be opened detracts from the overall impression.
Pros:

Breakfast was marvellous. There was everything you could want. You can get an omelette made to order, or pancakes or Belgian waffles.

Cons:

We booked a room overlooking the inner courtyard. You cannot open the window, so the temperature rises during the night. The only option is to run the air conditioning all day and night. And this was despite us visiting Stockholm in May.

Pros:

Central location, very walkable to many landmarks/museums etc for first time visitors like myself. Clean rooms, not too loud. Lots of choices of places to eat nearby (at different price points). Check out time is 12pm which is also a bonus.

Cons:

Main downside was communication.
2 issues that arose
1. I was told at check-in that cleaning services are by request (which is fine) however we were NOT told that there would be routine safety checks (something to do with ?power outlets etc given it's an old building). I was not aware of this and did not hear someone knocking when using a hairdryer and only as I had turned it off that I heard the door opening. I was half dressed so this was very alarming as I had no idea why someone would be coming in unannounced as I had not requested cleaning that day - ans they quickly closed the door again and left. When I checked with the front desk later they told me about the checks so I informed of the situation so they said they will remind staff to make sure people are aware of these safety checks
2. After the incident above I left the do not disturb card on my door for the rest of my stay. However on the morning of checkout, another staff member opened my room door unannounced and when confronted they said they thought the room had been checked out already (despite the do not disturb card still clearly being on the door). There should have been better communication between the front desk and cleaning staff to ensure they know which rooms are free or not. Whilst the actual property/room/location were good - these interactions unfortunately caused quite a bit of unease.
