Personale molto accogliente e preparato a consigliare
Pros:

Struttura moderna e molto accogliente tutto quello che uno possa richiedere e comoda al centro città, la prima notte però abbiamo soggiornato in una stanza adiacente al vano ascensore molto rumoroso e la mattina seguente dopo avere segnalato il problema alla reception l’addetta senza batter ciglio ci ha prontamente cambiato la stanza dandocene una un po’ più grande e confortevole. Molto gradito e molto professionale grazie.

Bir daha gelirsem yine aynı otelde kalırım, metro-tramvay ve otobüs duraklarına çok yakın.
Pros:

Kahvaltı çok güzeldi, çeşitliydi. Kahvaltı salonundaki görevliler güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Konumu mükemmeldi, hatta yürüyüşlerden sonra otelde dinlenip tekrar şehrin merkezine iniyorduk. O denli yakındı. Genel olarak, resepsiyondan tutun, kat hizmetlerindeki personel çok cana yakın ve güler yüzlüydü. Yardımseverdi.

Cons:

Odada dolap yoktu ama bizim için problem değildi. Biz hazırlıklı geldik, terlik vs koymuştuk ama isteyince de verdiler zaten. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık.
