I have no issue with the resort’s policy regarding vehicle access. However, I was very disappointed by the lack of assistance during check-out. We needed to leave at 7:00 AM, and when we requested help transporting our luggage, we were informed that this service was not available until 10:00 AM. As a result, we had to carry all our luggage ourselves outside the resort. This was a disappointing experience and not the level of service I would expect from a resort of this standard.

The hotel design is awesome, it feels like you’re somewhere in Greece
The hotel’s location is excellent and within walking distance of Naama Bay. However, the main concern is that the hotel entrance is quite far from the main gate, and no buggy or shuttle service is provided for guests. The route is long and includes a steep slope, making it difficult to walk, especially when leaving the hotel. Providing a shuttle or buggy service to and from the main gate would greatly improve the guest experience.
The hotel beauty salon provided a very disappointing experience. I visited to remove my gel nail polish, but the technician used an aggressive manual removal method due to a lack of proper tools, which left my nails damaged, broken, and my fingers irritated for days afterward. A week later, my nails and skin are still affected. I strongly recommend improving the salon's professionalism and equipment.
Additionally, while relaxing on the beach, guests are constantly approached by promoters offering massages, tours, water sports, and other services. On several occasions, sales staff even woke me up from my nap, which was very disruptive. Guests should be able to enjoy their time in peace without being repeatedly interrupted.
There was no as much variety in the dinner.
The Beach was good but not wonderful.
The Chocolate in the restaurant was not nutella or any high end chocolate but it was a chocolate sauce.
Movenpick Ice cream was not included in the all inclusive.

Large property with good facilities
Air conditioning staff. The room was 21C no matter what the technician tells that the temperature will rise after a while.
The main security gate is very far from the reception. Thus, one is confined to the hotel restaurants.

Eşim ve oğlum ile birlikte 3 kişi 1 hafta konakladık. Kendi yaptığımız planlara göre 6 gün boyunca gün içerisinde otelde olmadığımız için sabah ve akşam yemeği dahil aldım. Bundan dolayı pool bar bölümü bizim için ekstra ücretliydi. Ben bunu biliyordum. Zaten resepsiyonda bana bu bilgiyi girişte vermişti. Son gün eşim ve oğlumla havuzda vakit geçirirken dondurma almaya karar vermiştik. Dondurma istediğimizde oda numaramız soruldu ve söyledim. Ortak dil olarak ingilizce. Bana ücretli olduğunu söyledi. Bende bunu bildiğimi söyledim. Adam tekrar bana biraz daha yüksek sesle "not free" diyerek iki kere tekrarladı. Bende "I know." "I'm understand you" dedim. Eşim ve çocuğum yanımdayken bu yaşanılan beni utandırdı. "Not free, not free " diyerek ses yükseltmesi insanların bize tuhaf bi şekilde bakması gerçekten bizi yaraladı.
The staff were so friendly. Housekeeping comes every day and are very good.
You can’t just relax by the pool or beach without staff trying to sell you treatments or excursions. The staff are lovely but they clearly have high targets to meet and it’s just too intrusive to the experience of wanting to relax

The hotel has amazing landscape with view to the sea, with stunning arabic accent and details, it's going down on floors to the sea, and it has very beautiful gardens and flowers! The room was big and tall and very quiet. Very calm and relaxing atmosphere. Not overcrowded and very few children. A lot of marble and arabic lamps which I liked very much! The beach has coral reef and fishes in it. Very beautiful palms and hammocks. Staff is extremely kind and helping. We recommend!
