I can’t belive the time flies so fast and we need to leave. Will be back for sure in autumn.

Location is perfect. Sunrises and sunsets are perfect.
People amazing.

Stanza invivibile: Consegnato 1 SOLO LETTO MATRIMONIALE per 5 ospiti. Divani NON divanoletto. Come “soluzione” fornita DOGA DI LEGNO per far dormire le 2 bambine minori. Nessun letto aggiunto in 7 notti.
Annuncio Booking riportava “5 ospiti” ma capienza reale era per 2!

Pressione commerciale: Personale continuamente insistente per prenotare escursioni/attività extra a pagamento e per lasciare recensioni positive durante il soggiorno, nonostante il disservizio grave in corso. Comportamento inopportuno anche vista la situazione.

The hotel's facilities were extensive, boasting four beaches, andthe beautyofthe pier and surrounding coral reefs on the fourth beach, along with the diverse fish species, was amazing. Lifeguard instructions must be followed! Mr. Mohammed was particularly helpful on the beach. Don't forget your underwater cameras and goggles to witness these moments! We loved the food, especially the tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, and eggplants grown in the hotel's garden. The Executive Chef and other chefs were very helpful and provided all the necessary information during each dish presentation. Be aware of the spices; while there are various spices, the spiciness can sometimes be excessive. Room cleaning was done daily, and Mr. Sayeed and Mr. Samed were very attentive in this regard.Having horses and ridingthemonthebeachwasquiteinteresting.

It's annoying that they advertise an all-inclusive system but then charge extra for non-local drinks, ice cream, etc. It's also frustrating that they constantly insist on offering packages for spa, photo, and diving activities every other day. No means no; saying no doesn't make it yes! :) There was very little animation, activities, singer performances, and live music. The variety of TV channels should be increased; there are no Turkish TV channels! The variety of music channels is limited! No black olives! No avocados! Limited selection of nuts! No pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, or flax seeds! Unfortunately, no ayran (yogurt drink) or yogurt!

Perfect
Pros:

The hotel is very big and modern and is very comfortable. All the staff is very kind and nice. The food is very good and also the rooms are clean and tidy. The beach is fantastic and the see is very beautiful. We really thank Aya and Nasser from reception and also Amr from Bellman. We will come back soon!

Herşey başlı başına güzeldi Aya hanım ve Farag bey çok ilgililerdi. Otelde sürekli arayıp mesaj atıyorlar herhalde bir problem yaşamadık ama bu konuda temkinlililer. Otel güzel ve temiz. Özellikle kahvaltısı muazzamdı yemekler konusunda yine herşey çok güzeldi ama baharatlı yemekler olduğu için biraz o konuda sıkıntı yaşadık onun dışında herşey muazzam çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlü

I loved everything about the hotel.It was calm and beautiful, and the staff was so accommodating, especially meena at the front desk, arranged all the activities and suggested what to do during my short visit in addition to that she would also check in to see if everything is okay in my side and if I require anything.Meena your the best !the food at the egyptian restaurant was elite. I loved it!

The room was fantastic, with appealing decor and colors. The beach was sandy and beautiful, equipped with a shower and comfortable chairs. Breakfast offered a wide variety and was enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful.
I tried El Kababgy restaurant for dinner, and it was so great, with fresh-baked bread.

Cons:

The tour company "Scorpion," the hotel's partner, wasn't very good; I went on a boat trip with them, and most of the staff were overly friendly in an uncomfortable way, didn't seem professional, didn't follow the trip schedule, and didn't appreciate that it's a relaxing time, not a marketing opportunity.
