Very nice upscale accommodation, great breakfast buffet, excellent snorkeling off the house reef.
The room was terrible. As soon as we came, we realized that the sink was leaking which took a while to fix. The main shower was not working, and the holder for hand held shower was broken. Tv wasn’t working either

There is no shuttle bus to the main road which is 12 min walking uphill. Which is not good choice for families with kids or elderly ppl.
Other than that the hotel is very good
Wow,it was ok. They're lacking on communication with customers overall.

This was one of the best holidays we have had. The hotel is exceptional with excellent value for money. The beach is amazing and the pool was nice. The quality of the food was amazing and the staff were very friendly.
Sameh at the reception made sure we get two rooms close to each other. The only set back was the lift being repaired but this was sorted within a day and we used for most of the stay with no issues.
Would definitely come again and highly recommend.
What I liked:
I really enjoyed the location and the renovation of the property—it felt modern and comfortable. The staff were amazing, especially Artem and Mohamed at reception, who were very understanding and helpful. Mousa from room service was also excellent and very courteous.
What I didn’t like:
The airport car service was not punctual, so I had to follow up. One receptionist was rude and gave me attitude when I asked about the car. Unfortunately, I did not remember his name; I only saw him once in the morning—he looked young and wore glasses. To avoid issues, I suggest allowing some buffer time when arranging transportation.
Also, the El Kababgy restaurant didn’t meet expectations—the meat felt greasy and had an unpleasant smell, making it not worth the price. A better option is to try the hotel buffet for lunch or dinner instead.
Overall:
Great location and staff, with some service inconsistencies and restaurant quality issues—but I would definitely stay here again.

Food not so good and will alm inclusive its only 1 restaurant that you can eat and drinks its not all includ it only the pepsi 7up fanta and beer that come in cup made of cartoon
An architectural masterpiece.
The hotel is not suitable for elderly guests or families with young children due to limited elevators and areas that require taking stairs. There should be a changing cabin available at the beach. The food quality was disappointing and lacked flavor. Additionally, the pillowcases in our room had visible stains, which raised concerns about cleanliness.

We had a great time at Movenpick in Sharm El Sheikh.
The hotel was nice, friendly staff and overall quiet as it doesn't have too many rooms.
Just 10-15 minutes away walking on the beach alley to the rest of Naama Bay and very close to shops, restaurants and other hotels while keeping full privacy for guests.
The resort was calm and beutiful. It had 4 amazing private beaches with very colorful corals and fish. The staff was friendly and the food was very good with other restaurant options inside the resort.
The all-inclusive thing is not worth it and not well clarified. The receptionists are not answering the phone. i called them more than 10 times, and when i went there was only one, and they said they were busy. Plus, they need to work so much on their attitude and their way of dealing with the guests.

3.5 stars. Pros: clean and well-kept property. The pool is enormous and not crowded. Felt safe on the property. The beach is easily accessible.
Cons: you will be nickel and dimed for everything. Not a true all-inclusive. There is only one restaurant included and it is open for 5 hrs for breakfast, 2 hrs for lunch, and 2.5 hrs for dinner. In between, you can get snacks from the pool bar. The first day we got a club sandwich. The second day, they said the club sandwich was not part of the all-inclusive and we could only get a pizza or burger. The pizza was 8 inches and terrible. The drinks are the lowest quality liquor imaginable. You are in the Middle East, so the liquor quality is understandable. The food in the Liwa Main Restaurant, the one that is part of the all-inclusive, is mass-produced and largely tasteless. By day 3, I wanted to leave the property to eat. The only drinks available at breakfast are water, coffee, tea, and some juices. They wouldn’t serve me a cola before lunch. The staff is not overly helpful. Do not try to check in at 1:59, they won’t let you. Do not get a massage, they have no idea what they are doing, and it was $150 for 2, and they tried to charge me in more expensive currency.
I would definitely return to Sharm, but not this property.
Very nice resort. The distance from the room to the beach is very long. You have to walk a lot. The staff at the main restaurant, especially the girls, are unfriendly and seem not interested to be there. They just give the wrong vibes. Reception staff was great and helpful. Resort is close enough to main attractions.
The hotel, pool and beach are very nice. Unfortunately it is majorly let down by the poor customer service, poor food and this obsesiom of EXTRA CHARGE for random things. This is meant to be a 4/5 star resort and we paid for All INCLUSIVE. When we checked in we was greeted with highly depressed staff who do not share the service levels we are used to. Especially when comparing to Movenpick Marakesh. We were made to sign some.sort of terms and conditions that had alot of exclusions. Such as fresh juice and non instant coffee only allowed at breakfast. Bare in mind it was very difficult to order a Latte for breakfast and on two of the days there was no fresh juice. Looks like like they are trying to make extra money wherever they can. Even the pool towels are limited to 1 a day. Any more is extra charge
The food was really bad only Mohammed at the pasta station saved the day with his excellent service and pasta. The staff seem to only provide some level of service if tipped. Otherwise the level is less than a 2 star. We called on 3 occasions to get the safe opened as it was locked when we checked in. This never got resolved! We had a leak in the bathroom the whole time from the biddet. This never got resolved in our one week stay. Its such a shame as the hotel has so much potential but unfortuantly it is let down by the above and more points. We were ready to go home early and this has never happened in the many holidays we have had over the years.
