Good location for city centre
Feels a little tired in parts but generally fine
Needs updating particularly bathroom and sitting room
Impression was lack of modern feel. Communication by email was numerous and confusing. Parking should be confirmed on booking and then directed to public car park.

Rooms could do with updating
Arrived today been out sight seeing and time carried away. Got back to hotel to order room service at 9pm to be told service had stopped and could only order sandwiches. Reluctantly we did and a portion of fried. 40 mins later and cold fries. Complained about cold fries, 10.20 pm fries arrived. Plus university party going on till 11pm outside. Really noisy especially with window closed. Said we could move at 10pm but already for bed. Ypubwould have thought they would have put people away from the music. Just waiting to see of it quietens down at 11pm. Probably won't stay here again 😕

Large well equipped room
Breakfast was probably best had in a hotel from a buffet with even poached eggs as an option. Staff at breakfast were so friendly too.
Security in the room where the chain didn’t fit when I was travelling with a young child was bad…what’s the point of a security chain that doesn’t work?!
The hotel staff were rude and unhelpful. I made a booking but needed to amend it, gave 2 weeks notice but they refused to help. I felt completed abused with one receptionist laughing at me when I was trying to explain.
