Great choice of items for breakfast. Food all well prepared, fresh and hot. Plenty of sitting space available. Nice relaxed atmosphere.
Ordered a bouquet of flowers for our room and my wife was delighted with the spread and flower freshness.
The hotel is, in my opinion, the best located hotel for Chester city centre. It’s just off the main High Street by approximately 100m.
More parking spaces or discount in attached 3rd party car park. Internet states first come first serve in parking yet there were spaces with reserve notices forcing me to spend £9 parking for 1 day.
The parking was easy and the location was good to get to the centre easily. Beds were comfy and facilities within the room were good
It was a little dated within the rooms and bathroom. Needs some tlc I found. The price of the room seemed a lot and breakfast wasn’t included.
