Comfortable and convenient
Pros:

Friendly very convenient for Chester and our grandson loves the pool.

Cons:

We were in room 309 and one evening the next door room was opening and closing every 5 mins and just left to bang which rattled the walls it was so loud.

Fantastic hotel took advantage of heated pool steam rm and sauna and buffet breakfast all fab.

Very good location and pleasant stay with helpful and friendly restaurant staff.
Pros:

Location and spacious rooms also offered two separate beds for the children!

Cons:

Lift service took a very long time due to only One lift working. Difficult when a member of our party cannot manage the stairs due to an injury.
