Hotel was beautiful.very tastefully decorated and welcoming.
Room was large, lovely and had everything we needed

5 minutes walk into the City centre so great location

We ordered room service.sandwiches that were expensive and underwhelming but it was around 11pm and they came quickly.
Hotel car park was full so used the one next door which was was very convenient but expensive at 18 pounds for our 1 night stay

The rooms are small ( I did upgrade) but still on the small size,,the rooms wasn't exactly clean, and the plus situation in the room are not good

Staff v friendly
Rooms were very loud - strange sounds woke me up both mornings at 3am, loud radiators or gutter flooding outside window.
One member of staff, Clara was particularly amazing and ready to help out. Breakfast was a good selection and overall the place was very clean.
The spa people would not answer the phone we tried for three days before our trip, when we went in person we were told 'they've gone home, usually they only do half days'.
