Buena ubicación, cerca de la estación central de trenes y el acceso al centro muy fáci muy

Reservamos un apartamento en el complejo hotelero. Muy espacioso, camas muy cómodas, personal de recepción muy amable y profesional. El desayuno, muy completo y el día que dejamos el alojamiento nos prepararon un desayuno para llevar. Nos encantó la ubicación. Si alguna vez volvemos a Amberes reservaremos en el mismo alojamiento.

Pros:

Het hotel was boven ons verwachtingen fijn! Hadden een kamer voor 4 personen Kamer was super ruim, voorzien van een inloopkast waar je ook kon zitten. Inrichting ook prachtig !Heer aan de balie heeft ons ook super ontvangen en personeel bij ontbijt ook behulpzaam.

Het winkelcentrum ook lekker dichtbij was +/- 20 minuten lopen.

Mochten we weer richting Antwerpen gaan , verblijven wij weer hier!

Cons:

Je reserveert een tweepersoons bed en moet het doen met 2x1persoons en dan ook nog harde matrassen die alle kanten opschuiven. Een phone die niet werkt, kapotte stekker lamp, maar twee cups koffie aanwezig. Je kunt niets op je kamer bestellen.

Location is great, bed was comfortable, staff we’re friendly and professional

Cons:

The room was dated, the shower and bathroom need an urgent upgrade.
The paint was peeling off in some places
We have previously dated at this hotel and our rooms were much nicer than this one

On était 3,j'ai dormi ds 1 canapé lit qui n'était pas très confortable, absolument à modifier,pour 1 hotel 4 étoiles, cela pourrait etre nettement mieux
