Decent hotel and renovated, but it needs some tweaking left & right
Pros:

Good beds, nice bathroom. Well renovated lobby, staff was friendly & kind

Cons:

Breakfast was ok, but nothing more. Could use some more fresh fruit. Staff at the peak could not handle cleaning all the tables and keeping all items replenished. In the room, there is a bottle of water, but no opener. It’s these small things that make it only ‘ok’

Buiten slapen om prima
Pros:

De sfeer en aankleding in het hotel, het ontbijt en het vriendelijke personeel.

Cons:

We hadden een 3 p kamer geboekt met slaapbank. De slaapbank was snoeihard, totaal niet geschikt om op te slapen met pijnlijke heupen tot gevolg. Bij uitchecken moest ik nog een klein restantbedrag (€9) betalen van de barconsumptie. Een goede service zou zijn geweest als dit bedrag was kwijtgescholden na het (heel vriendelijk) melden van de klacht. Hier werd niets mee gedaan en dat vond ik heel jammer. Het is tenslotte een 4 sterren hotel en daarbij hoort een bepaalde prijs, maar zéker ook kwaliteit en service.

Because of bad breakfast I will never stay here again.
Pros:

The entrance, the room, shower and friendly staff.

Cons:

Breakfast was a big disappointment. I was surprised by that because Leonardo Hotel has a very good name.
Old bread, fruit wasn’t fresh, scrabbled egg had not a good tasted and felt like rubber….but when we told Rami ( the guy who runs the kitchen) he took our complaints very seriously and he was super friendly. He deserves to be a manager instead of running a kitchen.
