Pretty close to central station but far from Antwerp cathedral
Pros:

That was a good experience. Leonardo Hotel Antwerp the Plaza is a well maintained property with a friendly and helpful staff.
I’ve stayed there for 1 night. Check-in was quick, room was quite spacious and clean. It’s a pity there was no bath, just a shower cabin but for 1 night stay that was fine. Bed was comfy and sleeping quality was good.
Breakfast was quite ok.
This hotel is located relatively close to the central station but far from Antwerp Cathedral and main historical sites. I would say that’s around 20-30 min walk.
But for the rest the stay was fine and I don’t mind choosing Leonardo Hotel Antwerp the Plaza in the future.

Pros:

hotel bien situé, proche d'une station de tramway

Cons:

la chambre n'a pas été nettoyée pendant notre séjour de 3 jours. on nous a répondu qu'il fallait le demander !! Nous avions réservé un hôtel 4 étoiles en chambre confort (nous avons donc payé un supplément) et au final pas de nettoyage pas de lit fait!! Cet hôtel ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles. Nous sommes très décus!

Pros:

Dat het heerlijk rook al bij binnenkomst , schoon en een heerlijk groot bed en veel keuzes bij ontbijt.

Cons:

Bij hadden een kamer op de rooftop dus met dakterras en wij misten we een soort van opstapje of krukje om daar via het raam/schuifpui op te komen.
En de locatie viel een beetje tegen j niet voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn ,je moet wel een aardig stuk lopen of met ov naar centrum want in de buurt zelf is er weinig .
Wij hadden met ontbijt gereserveerd en die ruimte was erg klein.

Expected more from a Leonardo
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good overall.

Cons:

I was downgraded room on arrival from deluxe due to ‘plumbing issues’ the room we were allocated wasn’t as good as I thought it would be.

One morning possible “guests” were asleep in the foyer area from the night before along with there rubbish which was not a good look for the hotel. Staff members were stood around talking to each other and made no attempt to move the guests on or even tidy the rubbish.

Tegenvaller met verouderde kamers
Pros:

Eigenlijk het enige positieve was dat het een grote kamer was met een groot bed

Cons:

De hotelkamers zijn zeer verouderd. Vieze muren, douchekop kapot zodat deze naar beneden hangt en je dus bijna tegen de muur moet gaan staan om te douchen. Vies kleed onder het bed. Inloopkast zonder spiegel. Fles spa blauw leuk maar zonder opener. Bed erg hard. Voor ons geen 8 waard. Locatie is okay
