Signature Inn Miami

The room was clean, but there were cockroaches. Some front desk staff were unfriendly, and housekeeping wouldn't clean my room until I renewed my stay, which made no sense to me. But the worst part was that I extended my reservation that same day and informed the staff I was staying. Despite this, they handled my personal belongings, including clothes and intimate items, stuffed everything into trash bags, and moved it to another room without even calling me. I only found out when I returned and my room key didn't work. Completely unacceptable and disrespectful. I would only recommend this hotel as a last resort if you urgently need somewhere near the airport.

La habitación estaba limpia, pero había cucarachas. Algunas personas de recepción fueron poco amables y no limpiaban mi habitación hasta que renovara mi estadía, algo que no tiene sentido para mí. Pero lo peor fue que extendí mi reserva ese mismo día y avisé que me quedaría. Aun así, manipularon mis pertenencias, incluida mi ropa y artículos personales íntimos, metieron todo en bolsas de basura y lo llevaron a otro cuarto sin siquiera llamarme. Me enteré cuando regresé y mi llave ya no funcionaba. Una falta de respeto total. Solo recomendaría este hotel como último recurso si necesitas alojarte urgentemente cerca del aeropuerto.

O quarto estava limpo, mas havia baratas. Alguns funcionários da recepção foram desagradáveis e a limpeza do quarto só era feita após a renovação da estadia, algo que não faz sentido para mim. Mas o pior foi que renovei minha reserva no mesmo dia e avisei que continuaria hospedado. Mesmo assim, mexeram nos meus pertences, incluindo roupas e objetos íntimos, colocaram tudo em sacos de lixo e levaram para outra sala, sem sequer me ligar. Só descobri quando voltei e a chave do quarto não funcionava. Uma falta de respeito absurda. Só recomendaria este hotel em último caso, se precisasse urgentemente de um lugar próximo ao aeroporto.

Todo bien pero hubiera sido mejor sin en la habitación ofertaran algo ligero para comer como sodas,agua alguna que otra cosa sencilla para no tener que salir a la calle

Staff was very rude,disrespectful. Not wanting to answer questions. Location was bad with the walking traffic, street traffic is nightmare to exit.

The hotel seemed old, there were holes in the wall on my room and the air conditioner blew on me the whole night even though I tried to adjust it. The bed was blocking the air conditioner making it difficult to get to. The shower tub basin was patched up terribly. I saw a roach.

Las instalaciones bastante viejas, la habitación olía a cerrada/rara/humedad.
Además se escuchaba absolutamente todo lo de los pasillos.

The room ac was leaking and the room started giving off a moldy smell and it started affect our health and when we told the guy on shift that evening about it and asked him if we could change rooms,he said the manager told him to give us our money back and we said we just want to change rooms we don't want the money back,he said he was told to give us our money back .we told him that in The Bahamas if something is wrong with one of our rooms we upgrade you to better room,not throw you out of the hotel like your money don't mean nothing to us.but the staff the next morning was helpful and switch us to a better room.🙌🏾
