Excelente hotel para alojarse cuando venis de una ciudad y volas a otra al día siguiente.
Pros:

La cercanía al aeropuerto. La habitación era amplia y limpia. La empleada del front nos consiguio una habitacion en planta baja para que no subamos las valijas por escalera. Muy bien por ella!!

El baño siempre olía mal y yo lo tuve que limpiar con toallas desinfectantes para disminuir molestia, las rendijas de la tina llenas de moho. Poca iluminación porque no sirven 2 lámparas de la habitación. El piso se está desprendiendo.

Cheguei mais de 01:00h da manhã no hotel com 5 malas e 2 crianças, e qual foi a minha surpresa em saber que a gerente CANCELOU minha reserva que já estava paga pelo booking. O recepcionista disse que eles tinham entrado em contato comigo por telefone pra confirmar só que eu estava no AVIÃO. Fizeram isso pois iriam entrar em overbooking.
Fiquei quase 30 min tentando resolver isso na recepção e o cara foi um idiota, Tive que pagar NOVAMENTE a minha hospedagem e no dia seguinte falar com a gerente que supostamente iria chegar as 10:00h. Quando fui falar com ela, advinhe, ela NÃO ESTAVA. Um outro recepcionista entendendo toda a confusão enfim, estornou a 1ª cobrança do booking.com

NUNCA MAIS vou me hospedar nesse hotel, Pagar R$1.000,00 pra viver essa porcaria de experiencia nao faz o menor sentido.

Very bad. Only good thing is last one night before checkout, manager really helped by changing our room to a better one

Cons:

Everything. First we were given a room. That was extremely bad.AC wasn’t working throughout night, and there was no airflow. Literally, the room was so so hot. Kids had no sleep.
Bathroom had no exhaust. Room’s telephone wasn’t working. No breakfast. This was a last minute booking and we were charged 138$/day and not even worth it.

Bequeme Betten, Sauberkeit, gute Anbindung mit Uber zum Airport oder Hafen möglich, 100 $ Kaution wurde noch direkt am Abreisetag zurückgebucht

Reservierung wurde erst nicht gefunden und wir hatten Zweifel, ob das überhaupt klappt // Richtung Airport gibt es deutlich nähere Hotel gleicher Preisklasse
