The area,it was close to everything and everywhere I needed to go.
The room ac was leaking and the room started giving off a moldy smell and it started affect our health and when we told the guy on shift that evening about it and asked him if we could change rooms,he said the manager told him to give us our money back and we said we just want to change rooms we don't want the money back,he said he was told to give us our money back .we told him that in The Bahamas if something is wrong with one of our rooms we upgrade you to better room,not throw you out of the hotel like your money don't mean nothing to us.but the staff the next morning was helpful and switch us to a better room.🙌🏾

The check in process was too long. Next to main road, in the morning was not easy to go to restaurants across the road

El personal de recepción que nos recibió muy de mala gana y mal humor y registraron mal mi número de habitación debido a eso alguien entró con llave a las 2.30 de la mañana a mi cuarto luego otra vez a las 3.30 una pareja que se equivocó de cuarto ya a alas 5.00 teníamos que levantarnos así que no pude dormir en toda la noche mucho ruido de la calle también.
