Pros:

The location was great, close to airport. The overall accommodation's were great, cleanliness.

Cons:

The bed was kind of old and springs in bed were hurting my back. The fire alarms were blaring starting about 1:30 PM and went on for over an hour even after the Fire Department had checked everything out and cleared the building for entry.

We stayed here overnight to leave for our cruise the next day at the Port of Miami because it was cheap and close to the port.

It was very simple, nothing to brag about, old run down place! Smelled stinky , however front desk people were somewhat professional..very limited English language making it difficult to communicate.

Rooms were in very outdated and just plain. We couldn’t watch tv because the maintenance man never came (after we asked the the front desk) to get the tv programmed. The beds didn’t feel as though they had mattresses on them because they were squeaky and very uncomfortable.

The area was ok…horrible restaurants nearby with very bad customer service.

We would not stay at this place again! Definitely pay for what you get! Next time we will pay a little extra to have a more comfortable stay overnight.

BUGS ALL ON THE BEDS!! Stay away!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We booked a night here after a long day of traveling just to check into our rooms and have the bed with termites crawling all over the bed I went back to the reception desk for them to refuse to give me anything that they would credit me back in writing. All the attendant said was IT WAS ME WHO WAS INSIDE THAT ROOM FOR 3 MINUTES LEFT THE WINDOW OPEN AND THAT IS HOW THE BUGS CAME IN BECAUSE OF THAT…. I NEVER EVEN TOUCHED THE CURTAINS LET ALONE THE WINDOW ….then he said that the manager will be in tomorrow to handle it. Fast-forward today five days later Thursday and I received an email saying that the request is denied by the manager. Below are the photo proof and I will be placing a formal complaint with DBPR and Miami did code enforcement so this does not happen to an innocent family again ✌️
