Lovely hotel close to Tivoli
Pros:

The room was nice, the bed very comfortable. The hotel is gorgeous, in an old building which had been beautifully renovated. The windows are well insulated, you really don't hear much noise from the street. Fatima at the front desk was extremely professional, helpful and contributed at the great experience.

Cons:

My only wish would have been a fridge/minibar and a desk.

Séjour agréable malgré qq petits inconvénients.
Pros:

Hôtel très cosy avec sa cour intérieure. Très bon petit déjeuner et de très bons restaurants autour.

Cons:

Chambre un peu petite et bruyante lorsqu’on ouvre la fenêtre lorsqu’il fait chaud pour aérer la pièce, bruits des personnes attablées dans la cour intérieure.

Pros:

飯店不大，但舉目所見皆精緻可愛，從樓梯轉角到中庭都賞心悅目，白天晚上有不同的風貌，vibe非常棒。
飯店員工非常熱情友善，第一晚我的床墊有些問題，反應後獲得了協助。
空間不算非常寬敞，大概不適合想要一直待在房間裡的旅客，但裝潢擺飾都非常有品味，足見這個城市對美學的追求，在整天的城市探索之後回到這裡，可以獲得充分的休息。

（不同於評論區其他旅客抱怨，我這次住宿多晚，房間是有清掃的）

Fine, but the hotel took a lot be to desired
Pros:

Good location. Good receptionist. Good beds and linen. Pretty courtyard.

Cons:

The hotel is chaotic. There is no manager so none of the staff are trained or know what they are doing, and are not very helpful or welcoming. There is no concept of service. Breakfast is poor. The rooms have no storage (not single shelf for underwear or jumpers), no coffee machine/ kettle or cups, the design of the bathroom means the floor is always getting soaked, no safe, no telephone to call reception
