Pros:

Gute Anbindung an die Stadt, viele gute und leckere Restaurants in der Nähe. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Unser Fenster war in Richtung Wohnblock, Fenster hatte keine Sonnendurchlässige Gardinen. Wenn Vorhänge zu, dann dunkel. Aber schöne große Fenster, auch zum öffnen und lüften.

Ik kwam in een kamer die niet was schoongemaakt en er waren geen andere kamers beschikbaar. Ik kreeg de kamer gratis, maar ik heb dit nog nooit meegemaakt.

It was not good value for money. Too small a room and “bathroom”. Having a 3 star Michelin restaurant in the Hotel, no ice be provided to us as guests????? Clearly overpriced.

Hvis der var et konkurrerende alternativ dér, så havde jeg valgt dem.
Pros:

Det er centralt beliggende for Gentofte centrum og hotellet er i bund og grund et fint sted.

Cons:

Personalet virker uuddannede og ligeglade.
Stedets værelser er slidte og nussede.
Der er et skævt opsat samarbejde med booking.com hvor man ikke får det værelse man booker og hotellet er ligeglade.
Gentofte hotel udsender opkrævning nogle dage før via en mail med et betalinglink men Booking.com skriver ordret at dette er at betragte som scam og at man ikke skal betale på denne måde.
Hverken hotellet eller Booking.com har reageret på min indsigelse 🤷‍♂️

Simple stay, clean and with free parking space.
Pros:

I liked the hotel was in a quit neighbourhood but you where still fast in Kopenhagen.

Cons:

I had too ask for cleaning and it wasnt cleaned while I gave notice the day before for it. They did apoligized en cleaned it the next day.

Also breakfast was a bit on the little side, not much variation.
