Klimat pokoi jest super w takim starszym stylu.
Strefa SPA, chciałyśmy z siostrą skorzystać, ale okazało się , że trzeba zrobić rezerwacje 2 tygodnie przed wizytą.
Śniadania dobre.
1. W naszej łazience w kabinie prysznicowej były dwa włosy. Nie nasze- bo nawet nie korzystałyśmy z niej jeszcze.
2. Strefa basenów- jacuzzi- koniecznie KRATKA- do wyczyszczenia ( miejsce gdzie wylewa się woda ) - tam jest widoczny grzyb :(. Średnio to wygląda, a ludzie opierają się też na tym.
3. Szlafroki w pokojach- koniecznie do wymiany :| Dostałyśmy w opakowaniu szlafroki, które miały dziury i były po prostu grubo zużyte. Ja wiem, że to nie są jednorazowe- ale proszę to sprawdzić i niektóre warto wymienić. Rzuca się to w oczy.
El lugar es impresionante desde que entras. La estética es muy bien cuidada hasta el menor detalle. El servicio del restaurante es muy ameno y de sabor, la sopa tradicional uff. Delicioso. Es muy cercano a la estación del tren y a las minas de sal, queda en el medio de ambas.

Perfect price and location. Good restaurant.
There were a lot of people from outside the hotel at the spa. Because of this, it was impossible to use the spa facilities. Some people go into the sauna completely naked and it’s impossible to reason with them, and the sauna is small with hardly any space.

Hotel w klasycznym stylu, dobrze wyposażony, wygodny, z miła obsługą, restauracją, strefą spa i parkingiem. Jedzenie w restauracji bardzo smaczne, na śniadaniu duży wybór produktów.
Po hotelu widać już upływ czasu, elementy wyposażenia bywają podniszczone. Czystość pokoju nie była na najwyższym poziomie - brudna zasłona, w łazience prysznic, umywalka czysta, ale półki zakurzone i brudna zewnętrzna część muszli klozetowej.
Strefa Saun jest malutka, mocno zdezelowana i niestety brudna. Z basenu nie korzystaliśmy.
Hotel was clean, spa and pool really nice, calming environment. Calming atmosphere, replacing. Old world vibe and furniture.

Krásný hotel. Vše čisté pokoje odhlučněné neslyšeli jsme žádné jiné hosty.

Jediné co bylo pro mě zklamání byly sauny. Velmi stísněný prostor. Parní nebyla v provozu vůbec. Naproti saunám sprchy kde nebylo možné se zavřít. Pokud jsou v sauně jiní lidé dívají se jak se sprchujete. Navíc v provozu až od 16:00 což je z mého pohledu nedostatečné.
Un joli spa! Un beau jardin.

Hall d’accueil un peu froid
Great location near Wieliczka Park station, giving us convenient access to Krakow. Beautiful hotel. Spacious, comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast and bar areas. Staff were wonderful.
The spa/wellness area could use some minor upgrades or fixes. Still a decent area; just a little disappointing.
