12/10 will stay here again
Pros:

Clean basic room with coffee bar and fridge. I like the fireplace. The bedding was comfy. It’s in a good location close to shops/grocery store and easy to book/make changes to the reservation. Free, large parking area.

Cons:

The water pressure in the showers isn’t great and there’s no room service so you’ll have to ask for coffee to be restocked which is fine. I stayed over a weekend and the hallway could be loud especially with kids running up and down the hallways.

Great place but poor first impression
Pros:

The room/bath was really clean, wifi worked with no issues, was very cozy and inviting. Despite the low rating (which is honestly situational) I would recommend staying here.

Cons:

One of the front staff was very standoffish in how they were speaking, it is one thing to say you dont offer a service but its another to convey irritation when asked about it. Other staff was fine. Got very poor sleep, the heater in our room had a fan that would rattle on and off which woke me at least 4x (was too cold without it)

Poorly constructed hotel makes for a loud stay
Pros:

The room was very clean. Bed seemed comfortable.

Cons:

We've happily stayed at several Basecamp locations in Canmore and Revelstoke. This is budget-level renovated hotel was incredibly noisy, with paper thin walls, loud hallway and noisy above our room. Multiple signs around the the facility call for quiet hours but a poorly constructed building makes that difficult. We didn't even stay the night.

Surprisingly good value. Friendly staff. Discount earned for next visit.
Pros:

Very clean and brand new. Good price. 1 minute to access to hiway out to Sunshine Ski Village.. Restaurants handy. Even has a fireplace.

Great value and very clean
Pros:

Comfortable bed and great location. True to photos on line. Nice deep bathtubs. Friendly staff.

Significant potholes in the parking area. Go slow. Water pressure in shower was low
