Please note that dogs and cats are allowed upon request and subject to approval. The maximum weight is 25kg. A charge of EUR 25 per pet and per night will be applied (max of 2 pets per room). Guide dogs stay free of charge.

Fint og greit hotell, genialt plassert i byen når en vil lett komme seg hit og dit.
Pros:

Nærheten til t-bane og Maria-Hilfer-Strasse og god frokost.

Cons:

Badet behøvde nok en liten oppfriskning, men det var helt ok.

Muy buena ubicación
Pros:

Lo mejor del hotel es su ubicación, si bien recomiendo por las noches entrar por la entrada principal, por Lindagasse Strasse en lugar de por la galería que comunica con Mariahilfer Strasse.
Habitación muy amplia con albornoz y zapatillas. Detalles de bienvenida, una botella de agua y un paquetito de galletas Manner.
Habitación muy limpia con dos armarios. Uno cerrado en el baño y otro abierto en el salón.
La cama muy cómoda.
Había hervidor de agua y diferentes infusiones.
a 15-20 minutos andando al centro histórico y principales museos. Por la galería directo a Mariahilfer strassen (llena de tiendas y bares). muy cerca del metro.

Cons:

Ninguno de los empleados que conocimos hablaba español.
Las tarjetas de la habitación se desconfiguraron en varias ocasiones.
El mobiliario aunque en buenas condiciones un poco anticuado
Sólo había enchufe en un lado de la cama.
Una de las bombillas de la lampara de pie del salón no funcionaba. Solicité el primer día q se arreglara pero nunca se arregló.
El secador de la habitación no tiene nada que ver con el que aparece en las fotos. Es viejo y un fastidio de usar, hay que estar pulsando un botón para que seque. Por suerte llevaba el mío.

E liniște, curat și parcare privată.

Cons:

E cam scumpă parcarea. Noi am avut un cățel mic bichon ce a stat mai mult în brațe și în camera și costul pentru cazare a fost 25 eu pe zi. Ar fi fost un preț corect pe mărimi de căței.

Great location direct next to U3 Neubaugasse, lots of shops, places to eat around. Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, modern, had all the facilities.

i’d rather stay somewhere else.
Pros:

Centrally located, some staff members were nice, large rooms, price.

Cons:

Long wait times at the reception became a major issue with the room cards malfunctioning multiple times every day, and staff member Elena was especially rude. Rooms weren’t restocked with bathroom products when we checked in, had stains on the sofa and were ran down in general. Shocking for a nh hotel, and for a 4 star hotel in general.
