Pros:

Staff were amazing dealing with respect and the room was very clean

because my flight is late .. I asked for late checkout they agree to give me until 4 pm . They are very nice and understanding

At iftar , the music in resturant is very loud and disturbing . beside in Ramadan it is desirable to have quran citation instead of music .

Da rivedere alcuni punti.
Pros:

La posizione della struttura è molto centrale,dista poco dai diversi percorsi turistici.La cosa più bella in assoluto è la visuale ,che permette di vedere tutta la città dall' alto.Soprattuto di notte il panorama è spettacolare.

Cons:

La poca attenzione verso il cliente,che non mi ha fatto sentire in un hotel a 5 stelle .Il bagno è molto vecchio con la rubinetteria datata,e che non funziona benissimo.Mancavano anche le ciabattine da camera.
Infine la colazione in camera,non mi è piaciuta, abbastanza scarsa, ripeto sempre perché parliamo di un hotel a 5 stelle.
