I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was excellent, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the overall atmosphere and comfort.
What truly made the experience exceptional was the hotel manager. He was extremely professional, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. His dedication to guest satisfaction is clearly reflected in the high level of service provided throughout the hotel.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was consistently outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amman, and I will definitely return again.
