فندق هادئ وكادر استقبال رائع وموقع ممتاز
Pros:

فندق هادئ مع كادر متعاون جداً وغاية في اللطافة. تم تسليمي الغرفة عند الساعة السابعة والربع صباحاً علماً بان تسليم الغرف يكون عند الساعة الثانية بعد الظهر.

تعبت من عدم تشغيل التبريد بالمكيف

حسن وبشاشه الاستقبال … وكل الشكر للأخ عماد …. صبرني على مشاكل الفندق !!!!

للأسف فندق الريال حاليا لا يرتقي للاسم الذي كان فيه منذ بداياته


استغرب ومعيب على ادارة الصيانه بالفندق إطفاء تبريد المكيف … من باب تقليل المصاريف التشغيليه … من شهر 11 إلى شهر 5 من السنه

هذا تصرف فندق متواضع ولا يتعدى نجمه … ما بالك بفندق الرويال الذي هو مصنف خمس نجوم !!!

للأسف … عانيت جدا من الجو الحار بالغرفه … وطلب مني الاعتماد على فتح الشباك لتقليل الحرارة بالغرفه !!!!هل النزيل لعبه لقرارات تقليل مصاريف من ادرارة الفندق ..


وكذلك معيب فندق بهذا الاسم … الأثاث لديه قديم ومنذ اكثر من 20 سنه لم يحدث او يستبدل …

מלון נהדר צוות מדהים חיוכי במיוחד השיף עלי גאנם ופאדי ועלי יוסף, והמלצרים ערניים אברהים אלבחירי ,סלאח ופאדי יוסף . בקיצור ממליצה בחום חדר אוכל נקי מסודר אוכל טעים שירות מעולה .

فندق رائع، طاقم عمل مذهل، وخاصة الطهاة البشوشين علي غانم ،فادي وعلي يوسف، والنادلين اليقظين اللطيفين مرتبين بزيهم إبراهيم البحيري ،صلاح وفادي يوسف. باختصار، أنصح به بشدة، قاعة طعام نظيفة ومرتبة، طعام لذيذ، وخدمة ممتازة.
