Superb hotel and staff, what a great place to spend a weekend with friends old and new.
Highly recommended.
We stayed here for one night with work. The hotel is beautiful. The bar area has high back comfy chairs and sofas and a gorgeous open fire at one end. The high vaulted ceilings are just fabulous paired with string lights it was a perfect setting for a drink or two. Our room overlooked the garden spa and looked really nice despite the heavy rain. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a bit slow in the sense that you order tea and toast and it took a while to arrive. This was due to a large dance convention on and I think it was a bit much everyone going in at once. The choice of breakfast items was good including pastries cereals and the full Monty hot breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return again for a mini break.
Really nice hotel, good size rooms, clean, stylish
Some of the staff were very incompetent. One of the bartenders was very abrupt and I'll mannered, he tried to have us charged over £25 us for drinks ordered by another group, and when we brought it to the waitress attention she stated that he said we had those drinks earlier and had not paid for them, we were not even in the bar earlier. There was also an issue where he lost track of a food order for other people in our group stating that someone had not paid for their food, even having someone calling one of our rooms insisting on payment. It worked out that the food had only just been ordered and those people were still eating. We spoke to a manager & she took the same stance with no apology when the error was discovered. The same bartender was very I'll mannered to people in our group later, slamming drink on the counter when serving
I recently stayed at the Hotel it was a lovely experience the Hotel was spotless and the breakfast was well presented and I would highly recommend it for a night away
A very attractive offer of Gym/Pool included, and we also booked in for the "Neil Diamond Experience": a great concert.
Everything...
Spa amazing
Food amazing
Rooms beautiful
Staff so friendly and helpful
Nothing. It was amazing
A good hotel, a great location for the airport and the food was excellent, the spa facilities need a clean up but all still usable, the steam room was not working during the visit which was a bit dissapointing
Breakfast was fantastic service was excellent
Ok, quiet
The greeting at reception was unprofessional. We asked if we could have late check out on Wed 6th Aug Receptionist boldly said CHECK OUT IS 11am and we would be charged £10 an hour if we checked out any later.
Absolutely diabolical treatment. The hotel was not full.
My sister had come of a flight from Spain and I had come in Liverpool to attend our brothers funeral.

Couldn’t find details on breakfast time
Firstly let me say I usually love Dunadry, it is my go-to place for treats and special occasions.
However on Wednesday I was left disappointed. My friend and I ordered two chicken and mayo sandwiches and tea for two.
When the sandwiches arrived they were full of raw onion which I don’t like and couldn’t eat so mine had to be returned to the kitchen.
Also the presentation was very poor, two slices of white bread cut into two triangles, piled on top of each other and secured with a skewer. This was served on a large white plate with a small amount of green salad which also included onion so I couldn’t eat it. Not as much as a potato crisp or a Dorito to garnish. I wish I had taken a photograph.
And the cost … £8.95! I would say Dunadry is becoming a luxury I can’t afford but this wasn’t luxury, it was basic.
Come on Dunadry, you can and should do better than this. You could take a lesson from Corrs Corner, your sister hotel, where the sandwiches taste better, are better value for money and more attractively presented.
Went for Boxing Day Carvery. As two of my party are gluten free we never know how well this will be catered for. Big shout out to Susie. When I made her aware of gluten free she made sure we had meals to accommodate our dietary requirements so we had a stress free enjoyable meal. Many thanks Susie
We had our daughter’s wedding here on 3rd January and I would like to let the whole team know that we had a fabulous day from start to finish, our wedding coordinator Laura was so easy to work with she had every detail covered and made us all feel very relaxed and comfortable. Our MC Gary had everything covered and was a true professionsal. The food was absolutely delicious and there were lovely little touches which made the day really special. A huge thank you goes to the whole team at Dunadry for making our family celebration just wonderful 🥂
Worst service and longest wait to be served I have ever encountered. Early afternoon new years day and was not overly busy at this time. I had to eventually ask a member of staff to come and take an order . This was one hour and ten minutes after being given menus. In this time our party of 7 had ordered coffee/ tea which arrived throughout the hour in dribs and drabs which meant that nobody had their drinks at the same time. Eventually my coffee after long delay arrived in tiny cup half filled! REALLY?. My partner received same coffee in large cup ten minutes later. Elsewhere other customers had come and gone while we were still awaiting service. No excuse for longest wait ever, needless to say I will not be returning. Quite a difference from the excellent corrs corner and great staff.
Lovely atmosphere, very clean, pool was nice and warm, staff were very nice and helpful. Food was also delicious. Would recomnend
