Will Do In A Pinch
Pros:

Stayed overnight while on the road to Wyoming. Room was very clean. Staff was friendly (and available). Parking was easy and area well-lit. Interior in dire need of an update/remodeling. Bathroom hasn't been remodeling since "Charlie's Angels" premiered. For the price and the Best Western hyped-advert on their website I expected more for my money.

Pros:

Handicap shower filthy, I could not use it. It needs a scrub with bleach. Gross almost 300.00 because hotels were sold out.
I should driven outside of Galloway to find a better place. Outside area was also dirty..

Overall pleasant, wasn’t the hotels fault for the break in on my car, signs say in parking lot they

The hotel its self was very nice, clean, friendly staff and comfortable, and NO BUGS.

Cons:

It is in a horrible area, apparently. We parked my car at 1 am and my car window was busted out and my work bag was stolen at 2:30 AM. The facility was nice enough to let me see the cameras. IF YOU STAY IN THE AREA LEAVE NOTHING IN YOUR CAR AND JUST LEAVE IT UNLCOKED!

pretty easy to check inn.

Cons:

Managers and assistant managers should be well aware of their surroundings. I.E grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The person that checked me in had no clue about any of this. These people working the desk should have a clue where to send you if needed.

Major maintenance issues
Pros:

We were here for a Stay-to-play soccer tournament (this is the hotel we were assigned) and it was not good. Room reeked of cigarette smoke and Lysol, smoke detector was dangling from the ceiling, no trashcan, no tv remote, only 2 towels for a 2-queen bed room, broken handrail in shower. Other families found ticks on the floor, ants in the sheets. Major maintenance issues. Couldn't switch hotels because everything else was booked or very expensive.
Good things: our sheets were clean, water was hot, breakfast was good.
