Hot diggerrdy damn what a nice crew they have there.
Pros:

The staff were superb- hotel room was clean and the big shower was nice with the many channels

Cons:

I couldn’t figure out the coffee machine- maybe pre tell people where to park in the welcome email.

Loud, and expensive for what I got.
Pros:

Check-in and check-out was easy and pleasant.
Walkable location with good restaurants and an excellent coffee-bakery close by. Comfy and clean beds. The staff were all nice to me (YMMV).

Cons:

Rattling fan duct kept me up the first night. When the crew fixed it the next day they did not get the debris cleaned before I got back (from a long day at work). Then when I finally fell asleep the fridge went BRRRR...

Noise isolation is absent in the room. You can hear everyone else's TV, and your neighbours' doors all slam shut with a loud thud you can hear in your room like a bomb went off next to you.

The hard laminate flooring needs a soft cover, like a carpet or a rug, in every room. It's also grey; yukk!
The chair is the cheapest kind, with no lumbar or cervical support, and zero adjustability. Zero!

Parking was $21/day and not heated.
