Has gone downhill in the years as well as I cat believe when you pay to stay at a hotel you also have to pay for parking

Hot diggerrdy damn what a nice crew they have there.
Pros:

The staff were superb- hotel room was clean and the big shower was nice with the many channels

Cons:

I couldn’t figure out the coffee machine- maybe pre tell people where to park in the welcome email.

Loud, and expensive for what I got.
Pros:

Check-in and check-out was easy and pleasant.
Walkable location with good restaurants and an excellent coffee-bakery close by. Comfy and clean beds. The staff were all nice to me (YMMV).

Cons:

Rattling fan duct kept me up the first night. When the crew fixed it the next day they did not get the debris cleaned before I got back (from a long day at work). Then when I finally fell asleep the fridge went BRRRR...

Noise isolation is absent in the room. You can hear everyone else's TV, and your neighbours' doors all slam shut with a loud thud you can hear in your room like a bomb went off next to you.

The hard laminate flooring needs a soft cover, like a carpet or a rug, in every room. It's also grey; yukk!
The chair is the cheapest kind, with no lumbar or cervical support, and zero adjustability. Zero!

Parking was $21/day and not heated.

Other wise it was a comfortable and pleasant stay

Location close to my family ... convenient.
Nice lobby.

Cons:

Your key making machine was broken when I arrived and it was very inconvenient for the first 24hrs having to be escorted in the elevator and to be let into my room by staff.
The coffee maker in my room leaked.
The vanity sink drain seemed to be plugged.
The shower faucet dripped.
The parking garage had a very low max height and i was unable to park my truck in there.

We had excellent stay beyond our expectations! Staying here regularly since June 2023.
Pros:

Service at the front desk, breakfast, location and all service amenities of this location. We checked in late on the first night, 9:00 P.M., but were able to still obtain a meal after 9:00 P.M. from the dining room by a very courteous and considerate waiter /mgr named Jeremy Smith (not sure if this correct name???)!

Beautiful hotel in eternity district is close proximity to the hospital. Exceptional staff.
Pros:

I really appreciated the valet parking since I checked in later in the evening. The receptionist was incredibly nice!

Cons:

I have no complaints at all.
