Easy to recommend
Pros:

The staff was amazing. It was very busy with cancelled flights and they handled everyone so well. The Library Bistro was beautiful, the staff there was great too. The rooms were clean, comfortable, well stocked, and big.

I wish it had a gym.

Convenient place to stay due to flight cancellation.
Pros:

Nice bar lounge area and helpful staff. It was very convenient for airport but an airport shuttle would be a good idea. Taxis expensive for only a short journey and lots of people taking them.

Cons:

Poor soundproofing- We could hear every footstep of the guests in the room above us.

Useless. Happy to take your money but spend nothing on maintenance
Cons:

Only 2 useless pillows that flattened to nothing.
Fridge didn't work. Unknown till morning when everything went rotten.
Cleaners left me 4 tissues in the box.
My mate next door had ZERO hot water

Spacious room, clean, good breakfast

Cons:

Very very hot in the room . Not able to change the temperature in the heater. Even open window didn’t help in this case .
