Le petit déjeuner car un groupe d’asiatiques a fait la razzia sur le buffet en bousculant tout le monde et nous n’avions plus rien à manger. Le personnel qui s’occupait du petit déjeuner était débordé et trop peu nombreux

Clean, minimalist, comfortable and close to the airport. Great staff.

Cons:

No airport shuttle to or from KEF even though it’s so close. (Note that it seems no other property offers a shuttle either, I.e. Marriott, etc.)

Clean and friendly.
Pros:

This hotel is a long way from the city of Reykavik, and there aren't many restaurants or stores around this area. It is a hotel close to the airport. Very clean, with friendly people. There is transportation through cabs/ubers to get around.

Cons:

not much around the hotel- we took an uber back in to town which is a 30-40 minute drive.

God service uden unødig spildtid.
Pros:

Personalet var så tjekkede. Der var ikke for meget bøvl med tjek ind inden ankomst, det var en kort og præcis process og jeg følte ikke at min tid blev spildt. Vi fik hjælp og vejledning til at bestille Taxa, det var super. Værelset var super lækkert.
