The hotel staff were super nice, and everything was very clean. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff there were also very nice and polite. We would recommend the hotel!
Clean and airy. Opening windows in room so I could get fresh air. Staff were very friendly and welcoming in both hotel and bistro
I arrived early and it was too hot and stuffy to wait in hotel lobby. I had interpreted “check in from 2pm” as meaning I could safely expect room if I arrived anytime after 2pm but the room was not ready at 2 and I was told check in from 2 meant the room would be ready sometime after 2 abc that they were very busy. I have seen this before when big chains dong employ enough staff to cover busy periods and then frontline staff have to manage the complaints. It’s not a good look for a company. The staff were v good, I didn’t have to wait too long and my room was upgraded. But they shouldn’t have needed to do that.
A shuttle service to the airport would have been welcome.
