Great location, lovely and helpful people but not for light sleepers as it’s a noisy hotel
Pros:

Location and the service offered by the staff across the hotel from reception desk to all the ladies servicing the rooms and staff at the cafe/resturant

Cons:

Noise level at night..if you are a light sleeper then this hotel is t for you.
They were kind enough by day 2 to change us to a corner room but it didn’t make a difference.
There is no break throughout the night..

I'll definitely go back to the same hotel if I return to Rhodes.
Pros:

This is just a very nice beach hotel that kept all its promises. The staff was exceptional.

Cons:

Nothing. The elevator was a bit slow.

Das Frühstück war ok aber nicht super! Schlechtes Brot.. schlechte Marmelade...obst teilweise auch nicht ganz frisch. Frühstückspersonal nicht freundlich ...nicht bemüht. Rezeption und bar Personal superrnett

Pros:

Kedves személyzet, nagyon jó reggeli és vacsora. Ha nem is minden a mi ízlésünkre volt, de mindig volt mit választani. A strand csak pár lépésre, az óváros is séta távolságban (kb. 20 perc séta). Távozásunk előtt a gyerekek sajnos lebetegedtek, így felajánlották ingyen a késői távozás lehetőségét, hogy tudjanak még pihenni, mielőtt elmegyünk.

Cons:

4 főre két szobát kellett kivegyünk, amiből az egyik lakosztály, ami a leírás szerint max. 3 személyes, a másik pedig egy kétszemélyes szoba. Mikor elfoglaltuk a szobákat, akkor derült ki, hogy a lakosztályban van 3 teljes értékű ágy, és egy kétszemélyes kanapéágy, így tulajdonképpen 5-en is elfértünk volna. Gyakorlatilag fölöslegesen vettünk ki két szobát, mivel egy család lévén elég lett volna a lakosztály. Ez nem kis többletköltséget jelentett.

סה"כ בסדר למרות שהייתי מצפה לתמורה נאותה יותר בעבור הסכום ששולם
Pros:

מיקום מצויין בלב העיר מול הקזינו החופים הטובים של העיר חנויות ומסעדות.
צוות הקבלה היו אדיבים ומסבירי פנים ואף הקדימו לנו את שעת קבלת החדר.
ארוחת הבוקר הייתה הפתעה כי לפי התגובות הייתה לי ציפייה נמוכה אבל ראוי לציון גבוה המגוון הענק של המנות האיכות של האוכל וההגשה היפה.
חדר האוכל גדול ויש הרבה אפשרויות ישיבה גם בפנים וגם בחוץ.

Cons:

החדר עצמו היה ממש קטן והמקלחת פצפונת זרם המים בראש מקלחת היה סביר ובצינור הידני לא היה בכלל זרם על אף בקשה שיוחלף זה לא נעשה.
היו מגבות נקיות היה סבון אבל מניסיון עם שהיה במלונות אחרים בעלי דירוג כוכבים דומה כאן לא סיפקו מוצרים מוקטנים כמו שמפו מרכך קרם גוף וכובע רחצה.
זה מסוג הדברים שגורמים ללקוח להרגיש שהמלון מכבד ומפנק אותו.
המלון לא מרגיש כמו מלון ארבעה כוכבים ואולי זה רק בגלל סוג החדר שבחרתי אם הייתי עולה לרמת חדר גבוהה יותר מחיר החדר היה כמו ללכת למלון בדירוג כוכבים וחוות דעת גבוהה יותר.
