Struttura non idonea ad essere qualificata cone hotel: letto scomodo, copriletto vintage non pulito, porte vecchie apribili con una spinta, moquette vecchia, bagno stretto, lavandino spaccato, tenda della camera molto vintage e piena .
Colazione molto povera, la sig.ra che la gestisce e' molto rumorosa, per pulire il filtro drl caffe' lo sbatte con rumore. Secondo me non dovrebbe neanche esistere una struttura drl genere.

La habitación no corresponde a un tres estrellas,(dos camas pquenas de 80) el baño estaba limpio al igual que la ropa de cama aunque ni siquiera cambiaron las toallas en todo el tiempo de la estancia. El desayuno muy simple y pobre. Zumo de caja y ni pan tostado.

Pros:

Hotel nieco stary, co robi klimat. Czysto i codziennie sprzątane. 100m od Wieży w Pizie.
A naszego okna było widać wieżę. Ciekawe radio na ścianie, aż chciało się słuchać.

Cons:

Były zbyt gorące kaloryfery, a nie ma możliwości samemu sterować. Duże łóżko bardzo, bardzo twarde.

Il prezzo non giustifica la vicinanza della torre visto che l’hotel non offre servizi e un bel nulla piuttosto prendete

Hotel vecchio la camera ricevuta come vista invece della torre si vedeva un cortile all’interno pulizia buona,bagno grande con doccia piccola e soffione che spruzza acqua da tutti i lati ,personale così anzi pessimo zero indicazioni su dove cenare zero aiuto per valigie direi molto scarsi visto il prezzo che non è da poco, assenza di un bar all’interno della struttura lo trovo al quanto opprimente vista l’età molto avanzata delusione totale,chiedere 15 euro x il parcheggio e annullare lo ZTL e una ruberaria vergognosa compresa la tassa di soggiorno, la vicinanza a piazza dei miracoli non giustifica il prezzo assolutamente inaccettabile era meglio scegliere un B&B visto la vista su un cortile interno. Per fortuna era solo per una notte altrimenti avrei cambiato alloggio
Di’ pubblicità positiva non mi sento di farlo anzi sconsiglio di non spendere 98€ la notte
Qualità prezzo sotto lo 0 più assoluto, come fregatura è messa in piedi molto bene

Pros:

Il personale è gentile e molto disponibile. La posizione poi è centralissima, a pochi passi da Piazza dei Miracoli, quindi perfetta per vedere Pisa.

Cons:

Le camere sono molto vecchie e i materassi duri. Non sono riuscita a riposare bene, che per me è centrale nei soggiorni fuori casa.
