Une parenthèse enchantée
Pros:

L’hôtel est sublime! Un havre de sérénité et de calme . Les jardins sont magnifiques, de la beauté partout où le regard se pose. Le personnel est aux petits soins et d’une gentillesse remarquable , merci à Hussein d’avoir organisé cette escapade . Nous avons pu avoir un Check out tardif ce qui nous a permis de profiter de ce cadré jusqu’au bout !
Le petit déjeuner est très bon , et très varié , dans un cadre enchanteur. Le chalet était parfait, très confortable et bien situé. La plage et le récif de corail permet de faire du snorkling sur place ce qui est un vrai plus . Le spa est magnifique, l’espace fitness bien fourni , le cour de yoga était très ressourçant. Vraiment une escapade parfaite grâce à tout cela ! Nous reviendrons

Exception service & facilities, but food could be better

The service was really exceptional and the best of the whole experience!
The apartment was perfect for a family of 4, Hussein made sure we were well comfortable and picked us up at the airport- he even went out of his way to get us croissants for the kids. The service of all the staff at the hotel was incredible, especially the service of the staff at Luna pool- they went above and beyond to make sure our kids were happy and even out a towel on the floor to ensure my baby doesn’t crawl on the floor. So thoughtful!
The hotel facilities were great, the house reefs were beautiful, the buggie drivers were all wonderful and so kind to my son who wanted to drive.
The two heated pools are perfect for families and kids, it is a nice touch to provide free water by the pool.
We all had a wonderful holiday, my son is already asking when we can go back.

Cons:

The restaurants food wasn’t as good as one would expect for the Four Seasons, the Chinese restaurant was extremely disappointing and we had to send back the noodles as they were too sweet. The Italian restaurant was superb, wish there were more food options for dinner. Also, I am not a fan of buffet with kids but there were 4 nights of buffet at the Egyptian restaurant when we were there so we didn’t have many options.
The kids club staff had no control of the kids and never followed the schedule, very disappointing and think more needs to be done to ensure the kids club schedule is adhered to.

A luxurious and private stay at the Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh with outstanding service, excellent facilities,
Pros:

I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh in one of the residential villas/chalets and it was an exceptional experience.

What we loved most was the space and privacy. The villa felt like a home away from home, with generous living areas, a beautiful outdoor space, and a private pool that made it perfect for relaxing in peace. The views of the Red Sea were stunning, especially at sunset.

The service was outstanding throughout. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always on hand without being intrusive, which really elevated the whole stay. We also received excellent communication from the host, who arranged airport pick-up and was very responsive throughout. When we wanted to extend our stay by an extra night, he kindly offered us a discounted rate, which was a lovely gesture and showed great customer service.

The resort itself is beautifully maintained, with lush gardens, multiple pools, and direct access to a stunning beach with clear water and amazing snorkelling. There were plenty of dining options, all offering high-quality food and a great atmosphere.

The spa facilities were another highlight, with a sauna, steam room, and an outdoor jacuzzi — perfect for unwinding and adding to the overall relaxing experience.

Fantastic Hotel, Great service and location.
Pros:

The Hotel is first class, the restaurants are excellent and food is wonderful. The facilities and all of the staff are superb, you could not ask for a better Hotel and attention to detail.

Cons:

We stayed 2 years ago at Christmas and i didn't notice the cost of restaurants as much as i did this time. Breakfast wasn't included and the buffet was £40 per person which is too much. We had room service after a few days and this worked out a lot cheaper as you only paid for what you wanted.

The villa was terrible, barely working we woke up every night with the AC not working. The bathroom wasnt working for a day as well. The description is inaccurate, and the staff barely take immediate action about your concerns

Fabulous resort - Great Place to Relax and Unwind
Pros:

Resort is phenomenal. Super expensive unless you are on a package - but lovely.

Cons:

The photos of the property had a private pool attached to the villa. Lots of photos of the private pool, which is why we booked it. However, there is no private pool in the villa. The resort pools were superb, but we definitely felt disappointed and short changed that the photos didn’t match the advertised property.

تجربة رائعة جدا. منتجع جميل ونظيف وقريب جدا من منطقة سوهو. الحدائق والمرافق وكل شي في المنتجع جميل جدا. والأجمل هو تعامل الأستاذ حسين خالد معي من بداية الحجز حتى بعد الخروج. أستاذ حسين قمة في الرقي والتعامل. اول مره لي في شرم. وسوف يتم تكرارها ان شاء الله في نفس المنتجع واتمنى ان تكون عن طريق الأستاذ حسين ايضا. تحياتي

Spectacular resort with the warmest hospitality.
Pros:

Accommodation within spectacular grounds with a sea view. Hosts were extremely helpful and kind. Amazing snorkelling onsite and good access to sun loungers. Good variety of restaurants at the resort serving delicious food. Very easy airport transfers arranged through host.
