Beautiful resort, the rooms are of high quality. The resort even has a lap pool. The staff is friendly and attentive.
Sad to have to leave a bad review for my favorite hotel brand, but this was not a good experience. I often found myself wondering whether this was actually a real Four Seasons. The brand is set apart by the quality of its service and that quality was really lacking here. In particular, the room service/in room dining staff, the staff at Waha, and the beach club staff were not up to standard. Lots of sullen expressions, wrong orders, bad attitudes -- it often felt like they did not want me there. The signature warmth and attention to detail were really missing. The messaging team behind the app was not great either -- unanswered messages, weird tone, etc. Check in was also unpleasant -- we were asked to have a seat to wait for a receptionist and told that someone would come get us when one was available. We were promptly forgotten and then had to wait behind people who arrived after we did.
The property itself was picture perfect but is showing its age -- water stains to the artwork in the bathroom, chipped enamel in the tub, etc. Also the towels we were given on the beach had yellow stains. Either the towels need to he replaced or we were given used towels by the beach staff. This was at Reef beach.
A few positives: the Arabesque, Bullona, and Luna staff were great. Abdel at Arabeqsue/Bullona and Eslam at Luna were real standouts who exemplified the excellent service that 4S is known for. My compliments and thanks to them. The spa staff were great too, especially Hassan.
Best diving center
Very average resort. Food was generally poor in the Italian and Lebanese restaurants and restaurant prices expensive compared to the quality. The infinity pool was noisy and nowhere near as special as other four season proprties. Definitely won't be back
All restaurants are overpriced, for Egyptian Sparking wine they charge $80.00 per bottle,
In that type of hotel they suppose to serve French champagne,
all dinners overpriced, $300 for two pieces of sea bass it’s insane,
all resort is large, transportation by golf carts many times late .
Also they add a lot of extras to bills , city taxes, and more…, if you pay in US dollars you getting rip off , they getting the worst rates.

Always excellent experience
The property was immaculate! So well kept and staff was so professional! I would absolutely stay at this resort again. Very classy and pristine. I would like to mention Mr. Tamer and Mohamed Zordok were beyond professional and made the stay beyond worth while. I would like to personally thank them for making me feel so special, taken care of, and pampered.
Luxury resort, very clean rooms, but the problem they have not all inclusive they should do it
It was an exceptional experience with an outstanding staff , people were so kind and do anything to make your request available at any time of the day , sure it will be my choice if go back to sharm

The resort is spacious and beautiful. The snorkeling experience was absolutely stunning—there’s even a large drop-off with plenty of fish. Although the coral is dead, it’s still quite beautiful. The service was exceptional and left a lasting impression.
It’s just what you can expect from a Four Seasons hotel. Service is immaculate. The location is great with an amazing beach.

The grounds are exceptional. Overall, the premises are great. Rooms could do with some love and good was not as good as the hype, a little disappointing in reality. 5 star grounds, 4 4-star amenities, 3-star food and rooms. The concierge was excellent. The surrounding area wasn't nice
