Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber .Zu Strasse hin, allerdings hat es mich nicht gestört.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Le temps d'attente pour l'enregistrement était excessif. À mon arrivée, deux membres du personnel s'efforçaient d'accélérer le processus. Cependant, une troisième caisse n'était pas utilisée par une collègue, et il me semble qu'elle aurait pu apporter son aide durant cette période de forte affluence.
