Awful experience: Accusations, broken AC, and terrible service
Pros:

If you expect standard Accor luxury boutique-level service, do not stay here. My experience was defined by incompetence and an atmosphere of suspicion.
When I notified reception about a broken water tank on the Nespresso machine, instead of fixing it, they accused me of breaking it and threatened to charge me. I asked to speak to the manager, but they were conveniently “unavailable.” The accusations continued right through checkout, where they asked me again if I was sure I hadn’t broken it.
The room itself was uncomfortably hot because the AC was broken. I set it to 19°C, but it stayed at 25°C. The engineer actually told me to turn off the thermostat and leave my door open to cool the room! They refused my request to move to a room with working AC and just offered me a fan. I had a terrible night’s sleep as a result.
The final straw was the checkout process. I was asked if I used the minibar, and when I said no, the receptionist clearly didn’t believe me. He called someone in Arabic to go check the room and stalled me at the desk until he got the all-clear.
This hotel treats its guests like suspects rather than valued customers. I have escalated this to Accor corporate and heard back from them, but the hotel management has remained completely silent. Avoid this place.

Pros:

La posizione, che permette di raggiungere la Medina, la Kasba, la torre Hassan e altri luoghi di interesse facilmente anche a piedi.
Le camere, ottimamente rinnovate, ben arredate,confortevoli, pulitissime.

Cons:

Le parti comuni - soprattutto lobby, bar, ascensori- datate e fané , dovrebbero essere rinnovate al più presto.

Séjour très agréable dans un hôtel élégant et bien situé
Pros:

Très bel hôtel, élégant et bien situé à Rabat. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et confortables, avec une literie de qualité. Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et de bonne qualité. Mention spéciale pour le calme de l’établissement et la décoration raffinée.

Cons:

Quelques petits détails perfectibles : le service au restaurant peut être un peu lent aux heures de pointe, et certains équipements de la chambre mériteraient une légère modernisation. Le rapport qualité-prix du room service est un peu élevé.

Séjour exceptionnel à l’hôtel El Diwan

J’ai passé un séjour absolument magnifique à l’hôtel El Diwan. Tout était parfait, à commencer par la propreté irréprochable des chambres. Un grand merci aux femmes de ménage, en particulier Madame Halima, Madame Souad , pour leur travail remarquable et leur gentillesse.

La restauration était excellente : la nourriture est très bonne, le petit-déjeuner varié et délicieux, et toute l’équipe est souriante, professionnelle et très accueillante. Un immense merci à la cheffe de restauration, aux gouvernantes, et à toute l’équipe sans exception.
Mention spéciale aux jeunes qui servent le thé, Achraf et Anouar, toujours souriants et attentionnés, ainsi qu’à Madame Nora et son équipe.

L’équipe de la réception est formidable, toujours disponible et efficace. Dès qu’on demande quelque chose, ils sont là immédiatement. Les agents de sécurité sont également très respectueux et professionnels.
Un grand merci aussi au directeur, très aimable et accueillant.

C’était ma première visite au Maroc, je suis tunisienne et j’étais accompagnée d’une amie marocaine d’Oujda, et tout s’est très très bien passé. Je suis vraiment très contente de ce voyage, de l’accueil et de l’ambiance chaleureuse de cet hôtel.

Je remercie sincèrement tout le personnel, sans exception.
C’est certain : je reviendrai, et avec grand plaisir.
Un hôtel que je recommande à 100 % !

Parfaitement parfait
Pros:

J’ai passé un très bon moment. L’accueil, la bienveillance, l’hospitalité de chacun du personnel ou autres est magnifique. Que ce soit au niveau de la réception ou du petit déjeuner tel que Nora, Meryem et TOUT le reste de l’équipe. Un grand merci aussi au personnel se trouvant au parking que ce soit en journée ou en soirée et sans oublier Halima du service de chambre qui a toujours était au petit soin avec nous. Bref vraiment pour clôturer vous êtes au top. Étant marocaine d’Oujda et ayant ramener une amie à moi de Tunisie je suis fière de lui présenter l’hospitalité marocaine ou autres. Un grand merci à vous tous.

The atmosphere in the restaurant was relaxing. We had dinner several times in the hotel, which we normally don't. The food was nicely prepared and delicious, and very good portions. The staff were lovely and attentive, without being intrusive. Excellent service, people and atmosphere. The cleaning team was also amazing. It was wonderful arriving to the room, nicely cleaned and organized, after a whole day at the conference! Reception was helpful with everything.
Good location, close to the tram station, but also walking distance to all the key attractions.

Cons:

The hotel was next to a busy road which could be noisy in the evening.
