Kleines Hotel mit gutem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis gut gelegen an der Einkaufsmeile Drottninggattan.

Lovely
Pros:

Everything about this hotel was lovely! It was perfect with three kids in the family room!!! The staff was delightful and the breakfast was good! The location was excellent! The rooftop area was fun and they held our luggage for us the last day after we checked out but were still touring and got us checked in early on the day we had arrived and were very jet legged and in need of a nap.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet. Das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Das Hotel sollte bei der Buchung stärker auf die derzeitigen Baumaßnahmen hinweisen. Morgens war es wirklich sehr laut und ausschlafen entsprechend nicht möglich.

Building works ruined what could have been a great stay
Pros:

The breakfast was really nice and staff were pleasant. Decor was good and room was comfortable.

Cons:

This property is not just undergoing some minor renovations, it is a full blown building site. On the very first morning we were woken 7am by building works that were so loud our walls were shaking and we couldn't hear each other. (We've video evidence but it was absolutely awful). We spoke to reception who showed us a new room which was not right next to the works so was a little quieter, but these works were still a defining feature of our trip and led to our low rating. They used power tools from early in the morning every single day even though a receptionist told us they weren't allowed but clearly did nothing about it, and we were woken before we wanted to be (7am daily loud noise and shouting) the place was crawling with surly and grumpy builders who were angry when we wanted to be in the lift (we were on the fourth floor!). The site at times seemed genuinely unsafe with builders working right at the guest door with sharp metal implements and not looking around for guests. Power and water was switched off for a time and we were only warned about this at check in which meant I had to change work plans and that there were periods the room we paid for was unusable. Honestly, our opinion is this hotel should be closed until they're finished if that's how they expect people to spend their holidays and we will be contacting hotel and Booking.com separately to get a partial refund. The scale of building works although mentioned is not clear in the description and even the receptionist said it's not that easy to see.
