Recomendo o hotel especialmente por estar dentro do shopping e pela qualidade das instalações.

A acomodação era nova e bem cuidada.

Cons:

A luz do banheiro queimou e tive que pedir por duas vezes para ter assistência, mas foi rápida. Além disso, meu cadastro estava equivocado e por duas ocasiões me confundiram com hóspede de outro quarto. Também respondi o pedido no booking sobre cama extra para o meu filho e ignoraram.

Muy buena opcion
Pros:

El hotel es muy cómodo, por la cercanía al aeropuerto, además acceso al Mall, lo que facilita la alimentacion y las compras , pero los accesos al hotel son seguros en la noche. Las habitaciones son de buen tamaño y las camas comodas

Cons:

Podrían profundizar en el aseo, el plafón de l ducha está despegado no afectaba el funcionamiento pero la estético y es muy simple. El desayuno para el precio muy básico y sin alternativas saludables

Me gusto mucho el tamaño de las habitaciones y comodidad de la cama, no se escucha nada de ruido, además tiene microhondas y una nevera de buen tamaño. El estar dentro de una centro comercial, facilita alimentación, diversión y compras. Además tiene muy buenos protocolos de seguridad, tanto en la puerta principal, como el acceso al centro comercial y a las habitaciones.

location was great for our team - close to everything - having the ability to walk into the mall, was nice to just explore and have many food options around -- staff was helpful for checking in and letting into the pool early

Adoramos o Hotel, mas necessita de reforma nos quartos e banheiros.

Do atendimento da recepção do check in ao check out, são gentis, simpáticos e atenciosos.
Adoramos jantar no Cricket Bar, todo a equipe é maravilhosa. Gosto muito da Academia e piscina

Já me hospedei varias vezes no Florida Hotel, faz uns 18 anos que sou uma hospede fiel e assídua, porém desta ultima vez, fiquei decepcionada, a limpeza deixou muito a desejar, o quarto estava sujo, as roupas de cama velhas, o lençol tinha alguns furinhos, os travesseiros também precisam ser substituídos por novos, as paredes e vidros, assim como o corredor de acesso aos quartos sujos e sem cuidados. Até o trilho que correm as portas do elevador com sujeiras acumuladas e pelo jeito antigas. No Starbucks chegamos a matar dois insetos, que pareciam pequenas baratas, uma delas saiu debaixo do sofá e a outra debaixo da mesa, acredito que a dedetização seja necessária. O hotel precisa de uma reforma nos quartos e banheiros.

Pros:

Loved the location, so great for shopping! The staff were great and helpful.

Cons:

No milk provided for tea and coffee, I went down stairs and paid for a cup of milk from the bar for a cup of tea (it was later at night) and when I got to the room it was cream (not milk). Powdered milk sachets are not going to cut it.
