Cons:

Took several hours to get the crib we reserved. Had to ask three times. The remote for the tv didn’t work, had to request a new one at 10pm in order to shut off the tv.

Great location near mall and airport with large rooms,
Pros:

Great hotel with direct access to Florida Mall. Quiet aircondition and large room. Good sized pool with sun loungers. Helpful staff. Starbucks on-site and opens early. Hotel only 15-20 minutes walk to drive to Orlando international airport.

The stay was great. Having it connected to the mall is so convenient and simple. Would visit again.
Pros:

The location was great. The mall was great with lots of stores and restaurants inside. The Hotel security was top notch for the safety of the guests, they even have someone outside to open the door for you when you pull up to go check in.

Cons:

There wasn't really anything that I dislike with the one night stay that I had. There were loud noises coming from the floor above but that was about it.
