I am a frequent flyer at the Florida Hotel and Conference Center. Whether for Business or pleasure I highly recommend them! From the personable front seat staff and maids to the business relationship I have with ALL the staff , this is where you want to stay ! 10+++
This is one of my favorite places to stay. I am always greeted by friendly staff, all questions answered. The food has never disappointed. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. Added bonus is the Starbucks and Chick-fil-A on site along with the mall.

The receptionist whom checked us in was lovely, caring and professional.

It is convenient to be at the mall if shopping is your thing!
The receptionist in the morning of check out was quite rude. A stark contrast to the night before and really let our stay down.
The pool was warm, but dirty and there were no shower facilities for the pool or gym so we didn’t use it as it would mean trailing through the reception lobby to get to our room for a shower!
