Nice hotel in a great location.
Pros:

The location was great, close to downtown and great dining. It was very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The price was very high since it was a busy weekend.

Cons:

One young woman at the front desk wasn't very helpful. We called and asked where the front entrance was in relation to the parking garage entrance (where we were standing) and she said "look on google maps) instead of saying "facing this direction, walk around the corner". There was another encounter with her that was less than friendly but the rest of the staff was very nice.

Cons:

The amount of taxes and fees you pay are outrageous. You pay for services you probably dont use including a Convention Center Tax.

Nice, comfortable stay.
Pros:

Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. It was close to cruise port which is what we needed.

Cons:

Restaurant was out of something on menu we wanted. A little overpriced for just the rooms.

Pros:

This location was excellent for us. The sliver line is within 5 minutes walking distance. We walked into town and all over. And it was a 15 min walk to the cruise port.
