Clean and functional.

Cons:

This hotel popped up as being close to the main train station in Bern. It is not. It is true that public transport in Bern is outstanding and that it can be easily reached (3 bus stops away) but that is hardly the same.

Hotel bem localizado, perto de mercados, Pizzaria, e pontos de ônibus e bonde. Cidade oferece transporte gratuito na região central, o que ajuda mto na locomoção.

Cons:

Eu sei que o Hotel possui um bar que deve ser "terceirizado" e querem que os hóspedes comprem comida do próprio bar, porém passamos por outros 2 ibis durante a viagem e o fato de não podemos comer nada externo nas mesas me deixou um pouco chateado, estávamos vindo do ibis em lucerna e lá tinha cozinha, microondas, forno, tudo para um melhor conforto do hóspede, e chegar em Bern e não poder comer um pedaço de pizza nas mesas me deixou um pouco desapontado, como disse, entendo mas não compreendo. Tirando isso, o hotel atende as expectativas.

Great location to see Bern.
Pros:

Centrally located near a bus stop. An easy walk from the train station as well. The rooms are small but laid out very well. The breakfast was great with many options. Coffee and tea is available all day. The staff was helpful and friendly. Free transportation pass with the stay.

Nothing.

Perfekte Location in Bern - zentral gelegen und sehr gutes Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

- wir haben sehr spät am Abend gebucht und konnten problemlos einchecken - hat alles wunderbar funktioniert.
- das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber für eine Nacht perfekt. Das Zimmer war sauber.
- das Frühstück war sehr gut. Eine sehr grosse Auswahl.

Gutes kleines Frühstück, sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Zimmer, kostenlose Wasserautomaten in allen Etagen

Cons:

Keine Möglichkeit das Zimmer zu wärmen (Klimaanlage geht bis max. 22°C), keine Möglichkeit im Hotel Euro zu Franken zu wechseln

La ubicación, el servicio y el personal del hotel estupendo!! Sobre todo la señorita Aimar( que hablaba español) nos ayudó y nos orientó en todo. Para que pudieramos disfrutar de Berna y Eso ..hizo la diferencia!!!!
