Convenient due to it’s proximity to UCF
Pros:

I like that it is very close to UCF.

Cons:

My room was on the third floor, and I didn't like that the hallway leading to the rooms smelled rotten. It was rather nauseating.

The location of the property was convenient and centrally located. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The lobby area and hallways were very warm and humid. Not really the property’s fault, but booking.com stated there was a complimentary breakfast included for two adults in the room, which was a deciding factor in booking this property. However, the breakfast is a buffet with is $15 per person at the hotel’s restaurant and was the quality of an average continental breakfast.

nice stay but price coughed
Pros:

convenience to ,y grandsons apartment complex.

Cons:

the hotel really up'd the price due to graduation weekend. I have stayed there in the past but the current rate was about one-third higher.
