Location is great! Breakfast was good. Great coffee, which is hard to find. Staff was amazing!
Staff was very helpful and nice
The staff were all very pleasant. Clean rooms and establishment. The lady who checked us in was friendly. Housekeeping replaced dirty towels, restocked, and took care of room needs without hesitation. The lady who does the breakfast in the mornings does an excellent job keeping it clean, stocked, and tasty. The gentleman who helps in the lobby area made sure tables were wiped and trash tended too. Great breakfast overall with hot options like waffles, French toast, omlets, sausage links and biscuits with sausage gravy plus all the other things like yogurt, granola bars, cereal, fruit cups and oatmeal.
This was also a great location, right in the mix of music city, and near the Opry Mills Mall.
The hotel is a calm, country feeling like "grandma's house". It was never loud. Everyone respectful and polite that we encourted here.
If we ever come back to Nashville, we will plan to stay here again.
The only negative is that the pool wasnt opened yet but we saw all hotels in the area were the same so figured maybe it's still too early in the season for this area. No points deducted for that though cause we didn't plan on swimming for this visit.
Area is not the greatest but the place was clean, short distance to a lot of stuff and we slept well.
The staff really is what made my stay count to the best the pillows could be a little bit better but overall it was a good stay
None of handicap parking in pillows with much big as pet peeves there everything else was fine
Location was fine.
The hotel uses artificial fragrances all throughout the facility. It’s incredibly strong so if you’re fragrance sensitive, I would recommend you staying away. I stayed one night and now have a sinus infection. The hotel response was laughable. It does not go away.
It was small and okay. The hallway smelled funny but the room didn’t. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was just okay

Was close to everywhere we wanted/needed to go.
Bed was squeaky when getting in/out. Had to put a little force to opening/closing the main room door coming & going. Did not like my view of the air units on the roof right outside my window.
It was good and sufficient for a day riding in the car.
