Tamara was exceptionally warm and friendly. We really appreciated her guidance and her kindness. The facility is in desperate need of updating their air conditioning. The Establishment was very damp and very cold. There is a very strong deodorizer used all over including the rooms. I wonder if that's odor is covering up additional issues with the building I would hesitate recommending to Consumers until they fix the issue of the dampness the coldness and the odor. Every establishment though if they could clone Tamara would be a benefit.
Didn’t have it
Our ac was soaking the carpet around the bed had dehumidifier plugged into room and fabreeze small space fragrance pods under the chairs and table when we got back home my husband allergies was so bad he got nose bleeds.
The breakfast was good. The hotel is VERY CLEAN. The room was awesome and the bed was wonderful. The location was great with restaurants very close to us. We took the shuttle that came directly to the hotel and would take us downtown Nashville. The staff was GREAT and very friendly, and helpful. The Pool was very clean and felt great. We will definitely go back to this Hotel, Country Inn & Suites Nashville.
It is not the Hotel's fault, it was just too HOT.
Location was good for Grand Ole Orpy. Staff were friendly. Overall clean.
The room smelled like mold, dogs and musky. There was a small tabletop dehumidifier however it didn’t help.

All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful especially Yvette. She gave us great recommendations for local grub. Also the breakfast at the hotel was very good. We made sure to stop by every morning
Very welcoming and kind staff. Room was clean and located near the Grand Ole Opry. Comfortable bed.
Not the best part of town. Still needed a car for going to the Opry. The hotel is older, not Country Chic.
Tammera was amazing! She even shipped my daughters belt that she left. The place was good, seemed very historic in my opinion.

The room was clean, but very thing felt damp. Everything felt wet. We understand that it is an older hotel, but the company could put a little money into some updating! Like to have the company CEO come and spend the night.
