Cons:

Um dos elevadores não subia para os andares dos quartos. O sexto andar onde fiquei hospedado é mal reformado e tem cheiro forte de cigarro dentro do quarto. O quarto que fiquei entrou água da chuva na primeira noite pela brecha do ar-condicionado. Controle do televisor de outra marca e não desligava a tv, tinha que tirar da tomada. Nenhuma tomada perto da cama para carregar o celular ou ligar a luminária. Banheiro sem ducha.

Tive uma das piores experiências de hospedagem que já vivi.

O banheiro estava sujo na chegada, o que demonstra falta de cuidado com a limpeza do quarto. Além disso, o ar-condicionado fazia muito barulho durante a noite, prejudicando completamente o descanso.

O pior aconteceu no check-out: tentaram me cobrar por uma televisão que já estava quebrada quando fiz o check-in. É inadmissível que um hóspede seja responsabilizado por um dano preexistente. Situações como essa geram um enorme transtorno e passam uma sensação de falta de organização e controle por parte do hotel.

Infelizmente, minha experiência foi extremamente negativa e não pretendo me hospedar novamente. Também não recomendaria o hotel até que esses problemas sejam resolvidos.

Este hotel seria maravilhoso há 50 anos, mas agora precisa URGENTEMENTE de manutenção e reforma. Tudo parece velho e mal cuidado, com coisas quebradas e sem conserto (algumas perigosas, como uma tomada com os fios à mostra). Boas expectativas, maus resultados.
