Constrangedor.
Pros:

No quarto reservado nada funcionou,água quente,internet e ar condicionado..Tivemos que trocar de quarto várias vezes eu e meu esposos PCD.Passando por constrangimento o mesmo tendo que ir até recepção para retirar a cadeira de banho sendo que o funcionário nos comunicando que no momento estava sozinho atende achei uma falta de consideração com a hospedagem.
E mesmo assim ficamos pois já estávamos muito cansado da viagem e tbm desse enorme transtorno.
Peço meu reembolso de tudo que passamos.

Chuveiro maravilhoso!!! Boa localização, custo benefício, ter estacionamento com acesso interno para o hotel (segurança). Surpreendeu pelo preço (deu pra perceber que é um hotel mais antigo que vem sendo reformado e atualizado)

Cons:

Pia do banheiro demorava muito pra escoar a água.
