A lovely boutique style hotel with lovely staff
Pros:

It was lovely. Very comfortable and full of character. A perfect place to stay in Graz

Cons:

It could have had a fireplace in the main lounge but that’s being very very picky! I am trying to find fault when there was none.

Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang an der Reception. Man kann direkt vor dem Eingang halten und einchecken, dann wird das Auto in die Tiefgarage gestellt.
Schönes, sehr sauberes Hotel, mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, wunderbares Frühstücksbuffet, sehr guter Cappuccino!

Marvellous, classy with a tint of luxury
Pros:

Unbelievably comfortable bed, big bathroom with tub, lovely service, sauna 24h, stunning terrace. Whole hotel feels like an art gallery. To sum up perfect location to spend 2-3 days sightseeing Graz.

Cons:

Expensive parking, only a few free city parking spots. One night from 6pm until 11am in paid parking spot below shopping center next door was 20€.
