Es handelt sich hier um ein
5 Sterne Hotel, das sich "rühmt", keine Kühlschränke in den Zimmern zu haben, weil man sich in Allem um die Gäste kümmern möchte, dabei jedoch außer Betracht läßt, dass eine Versorgung mit Erfrischungen, Kaffee, Tee, kleinen Speisen etc. voraussetzen würde, einen geschulten und funktionierenden Service bereitzustellen. Tagsüber bereits stiefmütterlich und nur sporadisch besetzt, verwaiste die Bar in den frühen Abendstunden. Ab dann ruhte der Service auf den Schultern der/des Nachtportiers und das Wohlsein der Gäste lag in den Händen ihrer/seiner intrinsischen Fähigkeiten im Bereich der Zubereitung des Kaffees und des Ausschanks von Getränken.
Wäre wenigstens, wie in durchaus weniger sterneverwöhnten Häusern zu finden, eine Espressomaschine im Zimmer gewesen.

Charming modernised ‘old style’ hotel within old town for an Austrian vibe.
Pros:

Location an easy walk to the old town.

Cons:

My car was not accessible by me once parked. No lift access to my room however staff were very very helpful and prompt.

Pros:

Szuper volt minden. Szuper az 1 hálószobás apartmanból a kilátás, és maga az apartman is. A szálloda épülete nagyon hangulatos, a sok festmény lenÿűgöző. Kedves személyzet, jó reggeli.

Schönes Hotel, die Suit war sehr schön, tolle Lage, die viele Kunst, angenehmer Gym.

Cons:

Für Menschen die duschen, war das Bad schlecht geeignet, es fehlte eine Duschabtrennung. Auch müssten unbedingt Haltegriffe angebracht werden, damit man beim aussteigen nicht wegrutscht.
Das Servicepersonal hätte etwas herzlicher sein können.
Das Frühstücksanbeit ist unzureichend: aufgebackene Semmeln ( in Österreich!); der Kaffee Tankstellenqualität (in Österreich!)
