We travel extensively across European cities and usually stay in 4- and 5-star hotels. Most of the time, we receive exactly what we expect. However, every now and then, we come across a place that truly stands out—and this hotel is one of those rare exceptions.
We received far more than we expected. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff provided service of the highest standard, making our stay exceptionally comfortable.
What impressed me the most was that my bicycle was ready and waiting for me at 5:00 a.m., despite such an unusual hour. This level of attention to detail and genuine care for guests is something truly special.
I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. You can feel confident about your stay here—the team goes above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome and well looked after.

Friendly and helpful staff. Easy check in and out. Clean & cozy hotel and top location.
Pros:

The room was big and clean. Location is spot on, walking distance from the center, Parking is available (paid vallet) and tram station is 20 m from the entrance.

Cons:

There was no fridge in the room.

Es war ein sehr schöner außergewöhnlich Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen Zimmer, wir kommen gerne jederzeit wieder! Besonders die schöne Kunst und der Terassengarten haben uns sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Die Vorhänge im Zimmer haben nicht gut verdunkelt!
Die Feder-Bettdecken sollten im Sommer (es war sehr warm) durch wesentlich leichtere ersetzt werden
Das Frühstück war uns zu teuer, in den umliegenden Cafés frühstückt man hervorragend und wesentlich günstiger.
Trotzdem geben wir dem Hotel die maximale Punktzahl!!!
