Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, freundliches Personal, komfortables Bett

Cons:

Das Zimmer war dunkel, da ein Fenster auf einen Innenhof gerichtet war und das andere auf eine Hauswand.
Der Pool ist sehr klein und die Terrasse hat kaum Schattenplätze

Hotel je umístěn přímo mezi spodní stanici lanovky na Schlossberg a výtahu na Schlossberg, tedy jedním nahoru a druhým dolů nebo po schodech. Historické centrum na dosah, rovněž i stanice tramvají . Všude kousek

Это было идеальное место для семьи с детьми, очень много места и, самое потрясающее, это терраса! Ты живешь в просторных апартаментах, но при этом пользуешься инфраструктурой отеля-бассейн, зал, завтраки.

Äußerst angenehm, alles in Gehdistanz, Freier Eintritt in das Kunsthaus. Wir waren im Appartment 3
Pros:

Super Lage! Die Kunst. Sehr gepflegt. Super Service vom Housekeeping. Die Appartments sind sehr empfehlenswert. Auch das andere, gesamte Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Sauna und Gym im UG ohne Tageslicht. Der sehr kleine Pool mit nur 6 Liegen, die entweder mit Tüchern vorbelegt waren oder sonst vorreserviert.

Top Hotel in zentraler Lage mit 5 Sterne Qualität
Pros:

Top Lage, Zimmer perfekt,Frühstück und Bar exzellent, Auto wird immer dann aus dem Parkhaus geholt, wenn man es braucht.

Cons:

Wenn es auch Kritiker gibt, die dem Hotel keine 5 Sterne zugestehen, so kann ich dem nur widersprechen, die 5 Sterne absolut verdient.

Beim nächsten Grazbesuch kommen wir wieder.
Pros:

Die Überraschung, dass überall im ganzen Haus Bilder aus der Sammlung von Herrn Marko (Red Bull) gezeigt werden.

Cons:

In der Dusche im Bad extrem rutschig, man musste bereitgestelltes Badetuch auflegen und aufpassen , dass damit der Wasserablauf nicht verstopft witd. Es gint bessere Lösung!

Wir hatten das Appartement 1 - purer Luxus mit großartigem Blick auf Graz. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Frühstückbuffett klein aber sehr fein mit hoher Qualität. Mehrere Eiergerichte werden frisch zubereitet. Sehr guter Cafe wird serviert. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen
