la tranquilidad del spa, es pequeño pero al poderlo reservar la experiencia se hace muy agradable.

Cons:

el hotel acepta mascotas, lo que no me parece mal, pero esto hace que en algún momento zonas como el ascensor y algún pasillo estuvieran un poco sucias.

Ya habia ido otras veces. Y claro tenia donde compsrar. No nos dieron el drtalle de vuelta del viaje la bolsa con agus( aunque la vi alli en un rincon).
No kos ofrecieron el detalle de bienvenida.
Teniamos infusiines en la habitaciin pero hubo unbdetalle... el muebke bar estaba vacio y no teniamos agua con que hacernos el té.

Camas Grandes y cómodas, tele grande y bastantes armarios.

Cons:

La limpieza fatal ya que el primer día encontramos una pelusa de pelo en el spa y al cabo de tres días todavía estaba allí. Las habitaciones solo se limitan a cambiar toallas, repostar papel y hacer la cama. No limpian ni los cristales ni barren el suelo. No puedo opinar de la comida no nos quedamos. El spa y el gimnasio son pequeños y sencillos. Esperaba mucho más de todo para un cinco estrellas... Además no es céntrico para nada!!

Ruido excesivo en la habitación sin poder dormir por las máquinas extractoras de la cocina.

Cons:

El ruido y la poca empatía del responsable al coméntale el problema nos dijo que lo habían solucionado, pero que se había vuelto a romper que lo único que podían hacer es que no pagáramos el pk. Cosa que tampoco fue por que nuestro coche no estaba aparcado en su hotel. Respuesta del responsable que no podría hacer nada que lo sentía y punto.

Me trataron fatal, para hacer el checking tuve que dar mas de 5 vueltas para poder aparcar un hombre diciendo esta reservado para mi, llamando a recepción me ignoraron por completo tuve que dejar el coche en otro sitio y ir caminando al hotel… supuestamente 5 estrellas y ni zona de descarga para bajar las maletas… luego tienen una piscina y en booking no pone nada de que se tenga que reservar, ibamos con una niña se moria de ganas de usarla y nos dicen lo siento esta todo lleno no puedes usarla en tu estancia en el hotel… les dije que tuvieran en cuenta todos los clientes como que ni una sola hora libre para clientes, entonces porque vendes un hotel con spa si no se puede usar??? Me trataron fatal… muy mala experiencia en general no volvería jamás en la vida.
