Pésima
Pros:

Ruido excesivo en la habitación sin poder dormir por las máquinas extractoras de la cocina.

Cons:

El ruido y la poca empatía del responsable al coméntale el problema nos dijo que lo habían solucionado, pero que se había vuelto a romper que lo único que podían hacer es que no pagáramos el pk. Cosa que tampoco fue por que nuestro coche no estaba aparcado en su hotel. Respuesta del responsable que no podría hacer nada que lo sentía y punto.

Me trataron fatal, para hacer el checking tuve que dar mas de 5 vueltas para poder aparcar un hombre diciendo esta reservado para mi, llamando a recepción me ignoraron por completo tuve que dejar el coche en otro sitio y ir caminando al hotel… supuestamente 5 estrellas y ni zona de descarga para bajar las maletas… luego tienen una piscina y en booking no pone nada de que se tenga que reservar, ibamos con una niña se moria de ganas de usarla y nos dicen lo siento esta todo lleno no puedes usarla en tu estancia en el hotel… les dije que tuvieran en cuenta todos los clientes como que ni una sola hora libre para clientes, entonces porque vendes un hotel con spa si no se puede usar??? Me trataron fatal… muy mala experiencia en general no volvería jamás en la vida.

OK for a couple of nights, definitely not a 5 star
Pros:

The hotel advertised that it came with spa facilities that the whole family could use and that it came with parking. That was one of the main reasons for booking this hotel. My mistake that I didn’t realise a family room meant a large double bed and a pull out sofa bed. My teenage children struggled to sleep on the very uncomfortable sofa bed.

Cons:

When we arrived we were told that their parking was full and we would have to move our car to the public car park. The rooms are tired and need renovation. The spa facilities have to be booked, we were there for 2 days so we got a slot for the next day, they only give you a one 1 hour slot. There’s a small indoor heated pool, a sauna and a steam room. It’s nice but not like what the hotel advertises. There’s a small soft play area too which would be amazing for small children. Breakfast was ok, lots of nice coffee shops near by. Bit of a walk to the main shopping area but Andorra La Vella has changed a lot over the years and there are lots more shops on the walk on the way to the main shopping area.

L'amplitud de l'habitació, la comoditat del llit, la neteja.

Cons:

El fet de que no puguis disposar de l'habitació fins a les 15h.
No disposar d'escales i haver d'esperar l'ascensor força estona perquè hi havia molta gent

Hola la habitación que estuvimos fatal, la tarima medio levantada el baño sucio la bañera negra por las esquinas, las toallas lo cambiaron solo un días de los tres que estuvimos No vamos a repetir más en este hotel

Pagamos el parking aparte y de los tres días estaba la plaza ocupada por otros clientes. La habitación sucia, los tiradores de las puertas de las armarios malos cada vez que abres te rompes la uña. Baño fatal bañera muy sucia, las esquinas de la misma negras. Fui a desayunar Yo con mi hija y me cobraron 28€ por el desayuno para dos personas. No vamos a repetir en este hotel de 5 estrellas

Pros:

Habitación limpia, como todas las instalaciones.
Personal muy amable.

Cons:

No nos avisaron del horario de niños en la piscina, queríamos relajarnos y tuvimos que esperar a que se fueran.
