No es lo esperado para un Plaza 5*. Merce menos estrellas
Pros:

La ubicación y el ofrecimiento de tomar algo en recepción sin cobro

Cons:

1. No considero que un plaza de 5* te haga esperar hasta las 4 para que la habitación esté limpia una vez instalados.

2. Precio desayuno muy caro para lo que es.

3. La cena buffet no vale la pena. Caro y nada del otro mundo. Además de cobrar agua que sale de un grifo tipo “brita”.

4. El aire acondicionado no había forma de ponerlo bien, o pasabas frío o calor…te despertabas por la noche helada o muerta de calor.

Funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos. A localização é boa. As camas são bastante confortáveis e o quarto era espaçoso.

Une énorme déception – absolument pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel 5 étoiles

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel en nous fiant à son classement 5 étoiles et aux prestations proposées. Expérience très décevante.

Dès notre arrivée, la chambre qui nous a été attribuée ne correspondait pas à celle que nous avions réservée. Malgré nos remarques, aucune véritable solution n'a été apportée pour la 1ère nuit. Le Directeur de l'hôtel présent le 2ème jour a réglé notre problème pour la 2ème nuit.

Au-delà de ce problème, les équipements de la chambre étaient loin du niveau attendu pour un établissement de cette catégorie. Les prestations, le confort et la qualité générale ne justifient absolument pas le tarif pratiqué : salle de bain avec lino gondolé, moisissure, vétusté des équipements, propreté très moyenne et buffet dîner et petits déjeuner pas terrible!!

Nous repartons avec un sentiment de frustration et l'impression d'avoir payé un tarif largement surévalué au regard des prestations fournies.

Vijf sterren , misschien op de valreep maar geen Wow-gevoel . Je bent er dan ook voor andere dinge….
Pros:

Een typisch stadshotel , they come , they go . Goed voor een drietal dagen . Ondergrondse parking is een meerwaarde . Ontbijt en avondeten in buffetvorm zijn zonder meer ok .locatie is inderdaad goed dichtbij de shopping straten .

Cons:

Geen idee , is zoals gezegd een stadshotel met de nodige faciliteiten op een toch wel beperkte oppervlakte .

Parfait.
Pros:

Très belle hôtel avec piscine agréable. Bien situé pour ce rendre au spectacle du Cirque du soleil.

Cons:

Manque une machine à café pour un 5 étoiles et non une simple bouilloire et du café lyophilisé....

Habitació fantàstisca. Bany a reformar.
Pros:

L'Esmorzar està molt bé. Només que vam haver de fer cua per entrar a l'espai de l'esmorzar. No hi havia ningú controlant la cua i havia gent que es colava. Un feia cua i després apareixien 5 persones més. No és un problema de l'hotel, sinó de l'educació de les persones però estaria bé que algú vigilés aquest fet.

Cons:

Les cues de espera. Cuan al Check-in, cua a l'esmorzar, estàven desbordats i una mica despistats, diria jo.
El bany de les habitacions s'ha de reformar. Es tan vell que sembla brut.
