La atencion del personal, estupenda

I was locked inside the hotel overnight, which I discovered early in the morning when I went to check out. The reception was empty, there were no hotel staff anywhere in the building, and all the exit doors were locked. Nobody answered my phone calls. It was a very stressful morning, and I missed my bus because I couldn’t get out of the hotel.
Pocas cosas me gustaron
No me gustó el desayuno, muy escaso y basico. El servicio de limpieza entró en la habitación pensando que habíamos abandonado el hotel porque eso dijeron en recepción. La ubicación es cercana al centro pero en zona conflictiva.
Las camas incómodas, la ducha muy mala , incómoda, esperaba algo mejor

No hay nada que me disgustó. Solo alguna cosilla de mantenimiento como la puerta de baño, habitación 202, no dijimos nada porque estuvimos poco

Las camas son muy incómodas, las almohadas igual, la habitación tenia olor como a viejo , el lavado habían pelos en el suelo.. en las camas solo habia 1 colcha bastante fina para el fresco que aún hacía, pasamos un poco de frío, aparte que se escucha todo lo que hace el vecino de arriba...pero bueno solo fue una noche lo único bueno es la ubicación

Nada, no se lo recomendaría a nadie
El baño estaba lleno de pelos, en la bañera en particular, había una alfombra tapando los agujeros de óxido que había, la cama malísima y las almohadas peor. Se siente todo lo que pasa en el pasillo y en las habitaciones de al lado. El desayuno súper cutre y sin personal a la vista. La chica de recepción ni los buenos días nos dio.
No tenía enchufes, el baño con una mala distribución al igual que la habitación, tener una TV que no la puedes ver porque está en otro lado
