Pros:

Spotless, I was in a newly, or almost newly, renovated room. The only downside was the beautiful, large t.v. "couldn't find any channels"! Like, what? I didn't bother the front desk because I was too tired to mess around! The man at the front desk was very personable.

Cons:

The t.v. didn't work.

Safe, easy to get to. Poor breakfast. Clean but older facility. Prices higher during Gem show.
Pros:

I liked how safe it seemed. There were a lot of homeless in the area but they were not at this location.
Far enough away that highway noises were not able to be heard. Could not hear neighboring rooms either which was nice. Staff always was kind and had a smile for customers. Check in and out was super easy.

Cons:

Breakfast was poor quality so did not choose to eat it after looking at it. Did try orange juice and it tasted old. The room did seem clean although the place was dated. Possibly some mold in bathroom. But otherwise was as clean as the aged room could be.

It’s a nice experience in my trips.
