According to Colombian tax laws, foreign visitors and Colombian citizens residing abroad are exempt from the 19% VAT upon receiving entry stamp to Colombia which confirms your stay in the country for up to ninety (90) calendar days and has the PT stamp or the current temporary visa type "V". This exemption applies for accommodations only, does not include other services and the invoice is generated in the name of the passport and reservation holder.
The permit must be presented upon arrival where the original passport must be provided and a copy of the data sheet and the stamp sheet will be taken. Guests are reminded to request a stamp from immigration upon arrival even if they enter through biometrics.
Airport transfer service is available upon request.
For reservations of three or more rooms, additional policies and charges will apply.
To ensure the safety and quality of the experience for all guests, visitors must register during the check-in process.
If the visitors are not present during check-in, their personal information must be provided for pre-registration. Failure to register this information on time will result in a nonrefundable charge.
In compliance with Colombian Law 2068 of 2020, visitors may only register with official identification: ID card for Colombian nationals and passport for foreign visitors. Each visitor must sign the hotel registration form. It is important to inform the reception when a visitor leaves the hotel; otherwise, the charge for their stay will be applied for the remaining nights, and refunds will not be processed.
Additional unregistered guests will incur an additional charge of USD 99. This value must be paid before accessing the room and is charged per person, per day.
Guests must present a valid ID and credit card upon check-in.
If a credit card is not available, a cash deposit of USD 300 per night or USD 100 will be required.
Cash deposits will be returned upon check-out.
Please note that extra beds, sofa beds, and cribs are available upon request and subject to availability.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

Deberían tener botellas de agua de cortesía diaria
Das Personal beim Frühstück ist superbemüht, bringen mir als Stammgast automatisch Espresso und Eier so wie ich es wünsche. Gym nach wie vor das bestausgestatteste in der ganzen Carr. 43a, schlägt selbst das Marriott um Längen. Immer schön Ruhig, trotz zentraler Lage, Pool einer der grössten/besten.
Frühstück: unverständlich warum es nicht jeden Tag frische Ananas, Mangos, Bananen gibt, auf dem Strassenmarkt gleich um die Ecke gibts das täglich. Das Vorgekochte auf den Cookern beim Buffet ist qualitativ eher mies (trocken, schwere Küche). WC's / Sanitäre Einrichtungen alles andere als sauber, brauchen ausserdem dringend maintenance, auch in den Zimmern (Lichter funktionieren nicht, Klositz defekt, uralte Handtücher. Gym: Seit 2020 dieselben Geräte, welche damals schon teilweise auseinanderfielen, langsam wird's gefährlich, generell: Nicht nur Gewinne abschöpfen sondern re-investieren, ansonsten ist der 5. Stern wirklich nicht mehr gerechtfertigt....

La ubicación del hotel y las renovadas habitaciones. Durante un tiempo debe de viajar a Medellín y en varias oportunidades me había hospedado en este hotel, realmente veo la renovación de la infraestructura.
La habitación en la que me alojaron estaba muy cerca de la piscina, durante la noche hicieron una fiesta en esta área y se escuchaba la música muy duro, creo que debe mejorar el aislamiento del sonido para el interior de las habitaciones.
Amei a cama, a mais confortável que já dormi, incluindo a qualidade dos travesseiros.
Não tinham adaptador de tomada e não oferecem café-da-manhã antes das 6 da manhã, nem se fosse como serviço de quarto. Eu tive que acordar muito cedo para pegar um vôo e perdi o café da manhã.
