Important information:

According to Colombian tax laws, foreign visitors and Colombian citizens residing abroad are exempt from the 19% VAT upon receiving entry stamp to Colombia which confirms your stay in the country for up to ninety (90) calendar days and has the PT stamp or the current temporary visa type "V". This exemption applies for accommodations only, does not include other services and the invoice is generated in the name of the passport and reservation holder.

The permit must be presented upon arrival where the original passport must be provided and a copy of the data sheet and the stamp sheet will be taken. Guests are reminded to request a stamp from immigration upon arrival even if they enter through biometrics.

Airport transfer service is available upon request.

For reservations of three or more rooms, additional policies and charges will apply.

To ensure the safety and quality of the experience for all guests, visitors must register during the check-in process.

If the visitors are not present during check-in, their personal information must be provided for pre-registration. Failure to register this information on time will result in a nonrefundable charge.

In compliance with Colombian Law 2068 of 2020, visitors may only register with official identification: ID card for Colombian nationals and passport for foreign visitors. Each visitor must sign the hotel registration form. It is important to inform the reception when a visitor leaves the hotel; otherwise, the charge for their stay will be applied for the remaining nights, and refunds will not be processed.

Additional unregistered guests will incur an additional charge of USD 99. This value must be paid before accessing the room and is charged per person, per day.

Guests must present a valid ID and credit card upon check-in.

If a credit card is not available, a cash deposit of USD 300 per night or USD 100 will be required.

Cash deposits will be returned upon check-out.

Please note that extra beds, sofa beds, and cribs are available upon request and subject to availability.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Es bien ubicado. Y las instalaciones son cómodas .

No me gustó que el día de mi llegada al hotel al realizar el check in la recepcionista tuvo una actitud muy grosera para atendernos de nombre yara.. le pedí ayuda para extender mi estadía y su respuesta fue descortés y poco servicial … le comenté al gerente sobre esta situación. Llamado Ruben ya que tuve la oportunidad de hablarle debido a que nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación por que el baño de la habitación que nos asignaron el primer día no funcionaba y sentí que no le gustó que le dijera q no me sentí bien tratada por la recepcionista. Entonces realmente decepcionada con algunas personas del servicio de este hotel.

It is definitely not a five star hotel. I arrived around middle of the night and was surprised that there is no water to drink in the room. When asked the hotel, they told me to drink Tap water from tiilet. Hotel does not provide complimentary water bottles in the room which is an International standard in the category of a five star hotel. No bathroom slippers, no bath robes and not even the hand or face towels.
