I stort sätt mycket bra om man bortser från tunga dörrar och låg toalettstol inget att resa sig mot

Pros:

Pool og træningscenter. Fin morgenmad og værelse.

Cons:

1) Fik tildelt et andet værelse end det der var booket. Vi fik dog byttet uden problemer.
2) Sovesofa var ikke rengjort. Lagen og dyner snavset. Blev fixet med det samme.
3) Snavs på gulvet.

Pros:

The hotel is well planned and furnished overall, but needs to be renovated.

Cons:

Due to illness, only three of us travelled instead of the planned four. However, breakfast was still charged for the fourth person.
The rubbish bin in the bathroom had not been emptied. We were greeted by a full bin left by the previous guests. Most annoying of all, however, was that the shower tap was broken, meaning that the shower only had ice-cold water. The hairdryer was also broken, but was replaced when we reported it.

Hyggeligt hotel med venligt personale
Pros:

Fin morgenmad, flot hotel, dejligt dobbeltværelse og stort badeværelse. Fin pool til afslapning - når der ikke var børn.

Cons:

Ikke særlig interessant mad i restauranten til aften og meget højt støjniveau i fællesarealerne - især med alle de firmakonferencer der var. Meget lille pool, ikke så børnevenlig.

Einladendes Hotel mit echter Gastfreundschaft
Pros:

Besonders gefallen hat mir die großzügige und einladende Eingangshalle des Hotels. Außerdem haben wir uns sehr über ein ungefragtes Upgrade gefreut – dadurch hatten wir ein sehr schönes, großes Zimmer mit einem zusätzlichen Vorraum, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat.

Das Personal war sowohl beim Check-in als auch im Restaurant ausgesprochen zuvorkommend, höflich und wirkte dabei wirklich authentisch um unser Wohl bemüht. Genau diese Art von aufmerksamer, glaubwürdiger Gastfreundschaft macht einen Aufenthalt besonders – wenn das doch in allen Hotels so wäre!

Cons:

Wirklich negativ aufgefallen sind uns bei nur einer Übernachtung eigentlich nur zwei Kleinigkeiten. Zum einen die Qualität des Duschgels im Badezimmer – das wirkte auf uns überraschend einfach und passte nicht so recht zum ansonsten hochwertigen Eindruck des Hauses.

Zum anderen die Möblierung im Restaurant. Die Stühle wirkten recht leicht und etwas wackelig, insgesamt eher günstig in der Anmutung. Bei den – für deutsche Verhältnisse durchaus gehobenen – Restaurantpreisen hätten wir uns hier eine etwas hochwertigere und stabilere Möblierung gewünscht.

Das sind natürlich keine großen Kritikpunkte, aber vielleicht liest das ja jemand aus dem Hotelteam – mit etwas besseren Stühlen würde das Restaurantambiente noch einmal deutlich gewinnen.
