Location, staff very friendly and pleasant.
Same breakfast every day, no storage space for clothing, closet door was off propped against the wall, pillows were overly lumpy, room was very damp (dampness ruined some of our medicine), bathroom door dragged and was hard to open and close, no spare toilet tissue in room, ceiling tiles in lobby badly water stained, faucett in tub dripping, hair dryer didn't work, air conditioner wasn't working (my husband knew how to reset it and got it going), room smelled of mildew.
Exactly what we needed for the price! Got a good night sleep and clean.

Location
Elevators were out of order, makes it hard when your room is not on the main floor and my husband has knee problems. Bed was definatly not a queen as stated.
My husband and I were in town for a graduation and, after struggling to find a hotel with availability, booked a room at your property. Upon check-in, we were informed that the elevator was out of service and our room was on the third floor. This was especially difficult because my husband has severe back and lung issues.
Once in the room, we were disappointed by its condition. The carpet appeared dirty, the bathroom walls and tile needed cleaning, and the room generally did not meet our expectations.
The following morning, despite being approved for a late checkout, housekeeping attempted to enter our room multiple times between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
After returning home, I realized I had left a brand-new dress with tags hanging in the closet. When I contacted the hotel, I was told it was not found and that housekeeping may have thrown it away. I find that explanation hard to believe, as it was a new dress with tags attached. I am also concerned that no one contacted me if the item was found.
I would appreciate a thorough search for my dress and an explanation of the hotel's lost-and-found procedures. This entire experience was disappointing, and I hope management will take the time to address these concerns.

Room was not cleaned in between the 2 day stay therefore no clean towels were left.
Property is in great location near OSU campus. Really enjoyed the blue “club like” lights above the couch.
The elevator was not working. So, had to walk to third floor and then walk all the way across the building to my room. Also, key cards did not work, two straight times after new ones. However, employee at front desk walked up to third floor on third try of cards to help me get a new room. Another negative was only received one towel in room, but that’s probably because I wasn’t initially supposed to be in this room.

Room was very small, the photos on line made it looked bigger. Bed springs were popping and was very uncomfterable
Choice Hotels should pull the brand from this property. They cancelled my guaranteed reservation so they could sell the room for a higher rate to somebody else. It left me stranded with no hotel to stay at due to the area being sold out. The male front desk worker on property on 2nd shift was not willing to help at all, and refused to give his name when asked. This property deserves the review scores it has as it has terrible customer service.
The location was great!! Close to everything!!
The breakfast could have been better. More a better selection. I did not like the fact that they charged me before I got there. They charged me at 10:42 AM but I cant check in until 3. The outside does not look like whats on the page. I was looking for yellow and I did not get yellow!
I don’t know where to start. We had to book this hotel in a pinch after our original reservation doubled the rates due to all the events in town. I don’t know where to start…a peeling office chair well past its years. Stained linens and towels, rusted hardware in the bathroom and a broken toilet. Each time a guest leaves or enters their rooms the doors slam so loudly that it rattles the walls and the walls are poorly insulated to begin with. The blinds were badly stained with dead insect remnants on them. They do offer a free breakfast but no water refill station or complimentary water. We travel nearly once a month for sports and have stayed everywhere. I’ve NEVER been to such a poorly maintained establishment.
