Pros:

Overall our stay was great. The pool and rooms were clean, the staff was very helpful and polite. The location of the hotel was great as well, about 40min by bus from the airport and 45min by bus from Athens.
The breakfast bar was excellent as well as the roof top restaurant with a wonderful view of the sunset, just a bit pricey.

Cons:

We booked 2 rooms. One was with a shower, one had a bath tub.
The shower was not designed well with water leaking all over the floor if you were showering.
Ask for a bathtub and it will be fine.
Ask for a 3rd or 4th floor if you want to see the beach from your balcony.
The beach was not nice by the hotel, take a bus 10-15min south and pay €6 per lounge to enjoy your day by a nicer, well taken care of beach. Well worth it!!!!!

Decent but hot rooms!
Pros:

Location and breakfast and price

Cons:

The air conditioning does not get the room cold. If you’re looking for cold AC while you sleep this is not the hotel to use. This is a Big problem in Europe across most hotels, they are outdated and lack proper AC systems. This would not be in an issue in America

My stay at the Palace Hotel Riviera
Pros:

Their staff attitude,they were friendly and always ready to assist the visitor with whatever service you may need,
Their room's cleanliness was superb and the staff were ready to assist for any need in the cleaning of the room.Towels were readily provided at any time in case your towels got messed up
Their food is in another class of itself,their food was of international class and can only be related to a 6 stars hotel,
My children loved it and can't wait to go and stay there for another summer holiday
Their swimming pool was a.rwal excitement for me and my family and the hotel's proximity to the sea only made it more wonderful .
The scenery from our rooms and seeing the Ferry's and yachts passing by was awesome
I highly recommend it to anyone intending to see the beauty of the beaches around the palace hotel.
The reception was always ready with a smile to assist me and my family get taxis to and from town and advising us on places to sight see and visit.

Pros:

Very friendly staff, clean, excellent breakfast and pool facilities - the kids loved it! The restaurant at the top offers amazing sunset views and the food was very good. Great location near the town centre.

Cons:

No dedicated parking facilities but there is parking availability for free on the road at the back of the hotel.

Pros:

Na plus należy jednak zaliczyć bardzo dobrą lokalizację hotelu. W bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie znajduje się przystanek tramwajowy, co znacznie ułatwia komunikację i zwiedzanie okolicy.

Chciałabym również wyróżnić obsługę strefy basenowej, która była bardzo uprzejma, pomocna i profesjonalna. W tym obszarze nie mamy żadnych zastrzeżeń.

Cons:

Pobyt niestety nie spełnił naszych oczekiwań. Już od godziny 6:00 rano budziły nas hałasy związane z remontem i budową prowadzoną obok hotelu. W pokoju utrzymywał się nieprzyjemny, wręcz obrzydliwy zapach. Po zgłoszeniu problemu obsługa poinformowała nas, że jest to „zapach z zewnątrz”, jednak trudno było zaakceptować takie wyjaśnienie, biorąc pod uwagę jego intensywność. Pewnego dnia doszło nawet do wybicia ścieków przez kratkę odpływową w łazience.

Balkon był bardzo mały, a drzwi sprawiały wrażenie nietypowych i mało funkcjonalnych. Śniadania były poprawne, jednak bardzo mało urozmaicone. Dodatkowo komunikacja z personelem była utrudniona ze względu na słabą znajomość języka angielskiego przez część obsługi.

Basen miał niefunkcjonalny układ i był otwarty przez zbyt krótki czas. Wokół niego brakowało miejsca do opalania i wypoczynku. Jeśli jedna osoba zajmowała pufę do opalania, praktycznie nie było możliwości swobodnego przejścia obok. Co więcej, jedynymi miejscami do wypoczynku przy basenie były właśnie pufy, co trudno uznać za higieniczne rozwiązanie w strefie basenowej.

Dodatkowo plaża przy hotelu była zaniedbana i nie nadawała się do komfortowego relaksu. Nie było możliwości wynajęcia leżaków, nawet za dodatkową opłatą, a jedynym wyposażeniem były stare, przypadkowo ustawione krzesła w rogu.

Kolejnym problemem był bardzo ograniczony i mało elastyczny proces przedłużenia doby hotelowej.

Po wymeldowaniu bagaże pozostawione przez gości były przechowywane bez żadnego nadzoru ani zabezpieczenia, co budziło poważne obawy o bezpieczeństwo pozostawionych rzeczy. W praktyce każdy miał do nich swobodny dostęp i mógł je zabrać.

Biorąc pod uwagę standard obiektu, cenę pobytu oraz prezentowaną ofertę, poziom świadczonych usług okazał się znacząco niższy od naszych oczekiwań.
